Stay away from this company the customer service although Thomas has responded to me and emails is horrible your downtime could be anywhere from 2 hours to 2 days it's a horrible company stay away this company is horrible I referred many people including my daughter that I just found out has not been able to use her static itpv for 6 months since I last saw her it's a horrible company they don't have great customer service and they advertised to communicate on WhatsApp and then it'll respond and then they refer you to emails and they still don't respond horrible companies stay away from this company. I referred four different friends and set up my device with my daughter and it's a horrible company they keep changing their domain service which means somebody's chasing them! They eliminate your bookmarks every time you call and complain! Stay away from this company!

Great customer service via WhatsApp. Im not tech savvy but able to poke around enough to find my way around the app. There has been a couple of times that I needed support and the whatsapp customer service replies quickly and helps get you sorted out.

Now rebranded as StaticTV (SCAM)

SCAM beware! This company do not ask for payment via their platform. Instead they try and convince you to pay via a third party.
They then enable your service for a few days before it fails showing ‘no signal found’. I’ve also had suspicious activity on my bank since using them.

Worst possible IPTV subscription service. I am now unable, 6mth into my subscription, to watch anything I have paid the service for. I keep getting error messages like the account is not in use and playlist does not exist. Spent 2hrs today on live chat to try and get it sorted to the point they blocked any of my messages now getting through. Tried WA and nothing so finally sent an email and waiting for a reply. As I have paid for the 12mth subscription I am entitled to the remainder of it. It might not be that expensive to purchase but if they do the same to others its a lot of money they are making. STAY WELL CLEAR

Customer services doesn't exist. WhatsApp with whoever happens to be available. Always someone available to take money via renewal though!!! Constant freezing and glitches. Message them and be fobbed off with stock answers for your complaint. Stuck to my guns and got sarcasm calling me incompetent. I only renewed monthly for ease of exit. Only gave 1 star to complete my review. They do not warrant 1star. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

No access services I've paid for and totally unresponsive to supposed "service" chat. Useless right now, save your money.

Great service enjoyable and easy to install only downfall is customer service doesn’t reply but I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants iptv , takes them days to reply half the time channels lock up and freeze or channels don’t work at all and all they can say is oh try a different vpn or isp what a joke

Been using this site provider for 1 year and recieved a renew time message... but this time I've been totally scamed, they took my money over paypal and got nothing in return... lost is 200$CAD

Really don't what is going with this site. I have been trying to subscribe but, for some reason i cannot seem to pass the check-out page.
I have been trying to get somebody for days. They don't write back or nothing. i wanted to give it a try based on their line-up. Something definitely fishy here.

IPsubTV disappointed me when one of the accounts didn't work on the Hisense Vidaa OS. Their support blamed me for not finding the right player app, refused a refund, and even asked me never to use their website again. As a loyal customer with multiple accounts, this response was disheartening and didn't resolve the issue. It's disappointing that after investing in their service, the support didn't meet expectations when I encountered technical difficulties.

Update: they refunded and requested NOT to use their website again

Set up a new subscription and the service runs great! Smooth with no buffering! Had a tough time setting it up due to my own stupid mistake and they were very very patient with me and talked me through the whole setup. Outstanding customer support thanks!

Fast quick and courteous service. Pricing is great. Most importantly the streams are uhd quality with no buffering. Very happy with my choice to switch to ipsubtv. Make the switch to them, you won’t regret it.

We read the reviews on this site yesterday and decided to try it. We had tried 2 IPTV sites before this, but nothing could compare with this terrible site. We struggled with getting set up, we were helped with someone on the What's app site, This took appoximately 3 hours, working on that persons schedule, we would wait for long periods of time for response. Once we finally got in we have not been able to see anything for more that 15 seconds before the buffering icon appears and stays. My complaint has not been answered on What's App or email. Don't waste your money. This is the worst.

The seller is very available on whats up if you have techical problems.it has the channel of the all the countries.

Got a free trial today and support got me up and running in minutes, great programming and the EPG works great, movies are new and up to date, so I signed up for a year, great service and with what’s app it was easy to communicate. Great service Thankyou. From Manitoba Canada.

I had an issue and it took time to resolve but it was fixed as I wanted .. I really appreciate and I would highly recommend ..I like the way they resolved it .
