Appalling service was dealt with by Simon curry closed my case after 11 months of a hit and run case as they couldn’t get third party to accept fault, at one point he asked me to contact third party personally and see if they can give me driver details which was strange request. I’m sure they couldn’t make any money as I wasn’t claiming injury that’s why they just didn’t bother with this. It’s very very very appalling service. I'm really sorry but with everything i can't remember the name of wondeful lady that helped me, but she was really really brilliant very supportive, understanding, sympathetic, kind and caring at a time that was particularly stressful and emotional for me, let alone dealing with shock and injuries from a serious incident. She was just great, incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and precise in her work. A credit to any organisation and a great ambassador for iRevoultion Claims. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Poor unprofessional service claim…
Poor unprofessional service claim company somehow want me to directly contact third party to deal with it as apparently they don’t talk to claims company even if there drivers have committed a crime when driving. Also accident that happend was a crime and they don’t deal with it appropriately they allow third party soo much time been 5 months since I had accident. If I knew this was going to happen I would not have gone through insurance, this is becoming a joke.

these guys are employed to negotiate on behalf of the insurance company. The only problem is that they don't negotiate. I can see my case going to the ombudsman. They lie not only on the phone but they openly lie in emails, they must have an open cheque book if they can just lie like they do openly. They deleted emails that I needed to use for the financial ombudsman also
