I found the FAB-Defence Flip Up Sights at a good price and placed my order and payment online. I then waited a couple of days and had received no confirming email as in the progress or acknowledgement of my online order. The payment is still marked as pending with my bank a week later. I found the contact details of Israeli Defence Store and wrote an email explaining the situation. I received a link back that wasn't all that clear about the exact progress of the order and destination marked as unknown. So yes I am still very confused as to what exactly is going on. The order process is pretty straight forward, I did get a reply to my enquiry, the rest is just confusing.

I didn't get anything I did you get a confirmation email I didn't get tracking info I didn't get what I ordered at all so this is definitely the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had you failed to do your part in every way I wouldn't recommend you guys to anyone..

Friendly but... Shipping didnt work out, so I got no item. I called and wrote mails. They told me to release the package from custom control so I had to make researche by myself. Custom control and german post told me that the package is still in Israel. I told IDS the problem a few times but I still got no item and no refund. After one and a half months I called amex to get my money back. Wasted lifetime...

After two months my stuff arrived but the service stayed as bad as I wrote about: still bad...

Bait and switch is a morally suspect sales tactic that is considered a form of retail sales fraud. I ordered a Gen - 4 Micro - Roni. I purchased it from IDS specifically because it was advertised to have an aluminum picatttiny rail When the Micro- Roni arrived it had a plastic rail and not an aluminum rail. I called this to their attention with no option for a resolution.

I was looking for ar15 folding grip and had many issue ordering on web shop in France.
When I found this website I found the item I was looking for so I placed my order.
Less than 2weeks I’ve got my order from Israel, I’ll order any other item of FAB defense from them when I need it!

My canvas desert/commando boots arrived on the earliest day of the projected possible delivery time and are the same high quality as previous pairs I have obtained in the past from other suppliers. This boot is a standard classic and well suited for both desert and jungle conditions. I recommend this version from Israel Defense Store to anyone who needs a light weight but rugged boot at a great price.

This backpack is really cool and it will potentially save my life.... It is easy to pack and have at the ready, just pull the straps up and forward and down and use the hook and loop to attach... 2 seconds and it's show time!!! nobody knows that you are prepared for the worst.... the weight of the backpack is very minimal... Masada did a great job in the manufacturing and the quality of this backpack.... I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a level III3A protection....
