Scam website - items arrived completely different from as advertised and no response to contact to return. 1 item didn’t arrive at all. Had to claim money back from my bank!

A total con website! You do not receive what you order and then when you try to return it as per instructions you get no response and the telephone number does not work. Currently going through PayPal to try and get money back! DO NOT BUY from these con artists

Achtung Scam!!! Hab 3 Kleider bestellt und wollte die Bestellung nach 24h stornieren. Das erste Problem war es gab keine Möglichkeit es online zu machen nur über das Formular bzw Email. Da wurde mir noch geantwortet, aber die Telefonnummern die angezeigt wurden existierten garnicht. Sann wurd enir versprochen ich kann alles innerhalb von 30 Tagen zurückschicken und alles sei kein Problem aber stonieren kann ich es nicht mehr. Dann wurde mir aber seitdem ich das Paket erhalten habe nicht mehr geantwortet nach dutzenden Emails von meiner Seite. Rücksendeetiket oder Infos waren auch nicht im Paket enthalten.
Produkte waren unter anderem auch total schlecht verarbeitet, ganz schlechte Qualität und garnicht wie auf den Bildern. Ebenso alles aus China und nicht wie auf der Website beschrieben aus London.

Niemals dort kaufen!!!!

Les articles commandés n’ont rien à voir avec ceux qui apparaissent sur le site. Il n’y a pas de service client, il n’y a pas de processus de retour, le numéro de téléphone du service client est non attribué.
En fonction du pays dans lequel vous habitez, il est peut être possible de faire une demande de rétro facturation à votre banque pour être remboursée.

The items you receive have nothing to do with what is shown on the website. There is no customer service, no proper return process, and the customer service phone number is out of service.

This company is a scam. The clothing quality of their clothing is terrible and they stole my money. Their customer service team said they'd refund me and never did.

Ho effettuato un ordine su questo sito fidandomi delle loro policy che garantivano chiaramente il diritto di recesso e di reso tramite contatto email.

Una volta ricevuta la merce, ho provato immediatamente a contattarli per attivare la procedura di reso. Ho inviato ben tre email a distanza di giorni e compilato il loro form sul sito, ma il servizio clienti è completamente sparito nel nulla, ignorando ogni comunicazione e negandomi di fatto un mio diritto fondamentale.

Un comportamento del genere è inaccettabile e sintomo di grandissima scorrettezza commerciale. Fortunatamente ho pagato con carta di credito e ho già avviato le procedure di chargeback con la banca per riavere indietro i soldi.

Sconsiglio a chiunque di acquistare da loro: finché va tutto bene l'ordine arriva, ma se avete il minimo problema con una taglia o un cambio, spariscono con i vostri soldi. Pessimi.

Così sei a posto, la tua privacy è al sicuro e il messaggio contro il sito è comunque chiarissimo!

I ordered a dress and it didn’t look like the pictures really and the fit was not to the size chart. The website said they offered returns but the email to send the request doesn’t work so now I’m stuck with this ugly dress that doesn’t fit :/

Ordered a dress in three sizes. Tried to return two which didn’t fit. No returns service. Offered a partial refund which never appeared after 17 working days.

Their support email is no longer working. Think this website is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

I ordered two dresses - same in both M and L. M is way too small, L is way too big. I paid for 5 day shipping & it took 2 weeks to receive the order. I cannot get a response from customer service with a return label.

Do not use this website. The dress I ordered was such poor quality the skirt was totally see through. I ordered the Whitney. Huge advertising on Facebook
Emailed them to start the returns process ( as per their policy on their website) and NO RESPONSE to 3 emails over several days. The telephone number on the website is ‘number not recognised’

DO NOT ORDER … this company charges expensive prices for very poor quality products… when requesting a return within their published returns period they try and fob you off with a percentage of money back but you can keep the dress .. when pressing for return, that percentage goes up until eventually being told they have no returns facilities… they then offered a full refund but as of yet (11days after) nothing has been received!

This is a scam and i didn’t realise until after I purchased. I was fooled by the ad and the quality of the dress. The truth is the picture and videos of the dress are actually by a brand called Odd Muse. I’ve tried in vain to cancel the order both on email and by phone and had no response. Do not buy. This is a scam. This is a brand that changes names quite quickly. They were previously Atelier.

The whitney dress bad quality, absolute waste of money. It is paper-thin, see-through and cheap.
The fabric is not 80% cotton, feels like plastik.

The whitney dress is paper-thin and cheap, translucent, poorly made, rubbish stiff zip, polyester, smells awful, NOTHING like the beautiful thick fabric advertised in the pictures and videos. The dress took a month to arrive and arrived completely unbranded in a rubbish little plastic ziplock bag, so at first I didn't even know who it was from. The dress is not even lined. For a £50 price tag, the poor quality is absolutely shocking and disgusting to be honest. It's clearly just a drop shipping website, reselling cheap sweatshop clothes for designer prices, hiding behind a fancy website. Do NOT trust
