Fantastic service and beautiful products.
Will definitely buy again.

Love all these, I’ve bought a few as gifts & they are lovely. Erinn is such a great communicator & so happy to help. I’ve had lots of comments when I’ve worn my bracelet, so I’m spreading the word.

Brilliant restringing service. Had the bracelet for years and worn every day so noticed it was looser when I got a second bracelet. Easy to do and super aftercare of bracelets.

Great products, arrived super fast. Just as described and more

Easy to order, prompt delivery, very well presented, beautiful bracelet 💖

Beautiful meaningful jewellery. Any queries answered right away and super quick delivery. Perfect for yourself or a gift for someone, as it comes well presented in delivery box. ✨

Great communication and super fast delivery. Also beautiful packaging!!
Thanks so much xx

I purchased my first bracelet in 2020 and have since purchased two more. I wear them everyday they have not tarnished and look the same as the day I got them. My toddler has pulled on them many a time and they have survived. Such a beautiful business and I could not recommend them enough.

Excellent service as always and the bracelets are amazing thank u erinn xx

Ordered 2 kids make your own bracelet kit - girls loved making their own bracelets- great play date activity- good instructions and bracelets are beautiful! Ordering and collecting - well organised, quick and easy. Definitely will order again.

Wanted a personal bracelet restrung, so I approached ivy and gold (after buying jewellery from them before) and asked them if they could restring it and replace any missing beads with initials of my 2 children. It was no hassle at all for them and they were very happy to help. The bracelet was fixed that day and the result was amazing. Couldn't be happier with thier friendly quick and professional service. Highly recommend.

I ordered a personalised bracelet as a gift and the recipient loved it. I also ordered myself a second bracelet and even though my first bracelet is nearly 3 years old they don’t look any different beside each other! Excellent quality!

Amazing customer service and such a beautiful & high quality bracelet from Erinn, I couldn't love my bracelet more x

The most gorgeous items and very efficient delivery, thank you :)

Brought 4 bracelets for Christmas gifts. The order was beautifully packaged and the bracelets were just as lovely as I’d hoped. I had a little mix up on the order originally but Erinn fixed it very quickly and professionally. Fantastic customer service. Thank you

Beautiful bracelet, received on time. Would highly recommend Ivy & Gold

Quick service, placed my order and had it within a week, just love the products, elegant, stylish and for any age group

I ordered two bracelets and paid a little extra to have them made straight away as a little tribute to my two grandmothers who passed this year for my sister and I. The bracelets were made the next day and I was able to pick them up from the shop, truly a wonderful service! Could not be more grateful for the speed and also the actual beauty of the bracelets 🖤

Beautifully presented, fast delivery after purchase and delighted with product! The customer care and follow up emails were great!
