It took a month for the item to arrive, with extremely slow tracking updates, sometimes a week with no update. The item finally arrived at the quality is horrible. Do not recommend this company at all.

The hoodie is a disaster and a huge scam. The fact that you run an online shop with such a conscience is really terrible! Please just give up! Thank you!

I orderd Ducati hoodie and received the cheap looking garbage intsead.
Missing logos, cheap shiny fabric, and overall terrible quality.
Looks like a knock-off instead of the actual product shown on the site.

It’s been over a month since I’ve ordered my jacket for an upcoming trip and I haven’t received it yet!! When I sent an email to the company, I got a reply saying there’s nothing they can do because it’s sitting at a warehouse!! I want my money back this is a horrible customer service experience. Do not recommend!

The quality and design of the Ferrari jacket is really nice. However, do not rely on the shipping with jackets4racing because the worldwide shipping takes just over two weeks so it is not fast worldwide shipping as mentioned on the jackets4racing website. I ordered a Ferrari jacket on the 13th December 2025 for my sister thinking it will come just before Christmas. The jacket arrived on the 28th December 2025 which meant my sister’s Christmas was completely ruined. If this is a present, order this jacket a month beforehand if you are going to order it.

The item arrived only to be the wrong size for my sister. While jackets4racing say that you can receive a full refund, they hide the small print because you don’t actually get your money back. I had to pay to ship the item back to jackets4racing in Spain without any prepaid label and the full cost and liability of shipping on me. So while jackets4racing gave me £68 back, I still made a loss on the jacket due to return costs which was £15. This meant I only recouped £53 back. I even asked if I could just swap the size and jackets4racing were making me pay for the shipping to ship the item back for another size. Absolutely terrible returns policy and horrible shipping times. One of the worst online retailers I’ve ever ordered from and a very poor customer experience.

Bought a hoodie for my son!! Absolutely shocking the quality of the hoodie! Its like a worst fake ever, although im sure this company isn't meant to be making fake goods!! Its a really really cheap hoodie, printing on this is unbelievable.
Please dont waste your money.

We ordered the jacket on 2/5. It was delivered on 2/27. I received an email on 2/24 stating that is had been delivered. Reached out to J4R and they promptly started a new shipment which was much appreciated. On 2/27, the jacket actually delivered so I had Sergio w/ J4R cancel the replacement. This couldn't have been a smoother process w/ Sergio. In addition, the jacket was AMAZING! For $89.00 you couldn't get a better made jacket!! The inside is quilted and the patches are solid! The fit is a bit small so keep that in mind when ordering.
I am going to buy another jacket from J4R!!!

Qualität ist gut aber man merkt, es handelt sich dabei um Fälschungen aus China. Die werden nach Deutschland verschickt, Label drauf und weiter geht’s. Was unterm Strich halb so wild ist, man weis worauf man sich einlässt.

Produkt war mir zu klein, aber fair enough es stand auf der Webseite drauf, dass die Produkte kleiner ausfallen als üblich und man daher eine Nummer größer bestellen sollte. Ich habe kundensupport kontaktiert, innerhalb von 2h erhielt ich eine Rückmeldung.

Rücksendung war nur nach TASMANIEN???? Möglich. Keine Ahnung wie man drauf kommt aber sehe ich nicht ein die Kosten dafür zu übernehmen.

An sich ganz gut, nur schade hinsichtlich wegen der Rücksendung. Werde nicht nochmal bestellen

Quality is nice , a lot better than I was led to believe by many bad reviews that frightened me to be honest but after receiving my order everything is okay.

The packaging was great , jacket came in a nice bag that shielded it from the little damage my local delivery service caused on the outside. Inside the package were some nice stickers and a Keychain, very great surprise over all .

Take in mind due to the process delivery may take some time and due to the size of the service, tracking takes a while to update . I ordered mine on the 29th of Jenuary ,order was confirmed in the 30th and the package arrived at the 26th of February, though mostly because of delay due to valentine's sales and some delay from my local delivery service. Sergio was there to answer every question and made all the experience pleasant. Would recommend and would buy again if I ever needed another jacket. With respect and patience I don't have any complaints.

First of all the hoodie took more than 20 days to arrive. After all this wait, what I encountered when I opened the parcel was hands down the worst quality hoodie I have ever seen. There cannot even be a discussion about it not being worth the price, even though it was "discounted", since the hoodie is literally unwearable. This is a scam, it's the most synthetic material I have ever seen, it's reflective, it stinks and its proportions are off. If this is the quality of the hoodie I cannot imagine the quality of the jackets

Die Seite ist übersichtlich alles schön und gut. Versand sollte 4-5 Tage dauern es hat aber 2 Monate gedauert.Habe mehrfach versucht dass Team zu kontaktieren aber es kam keine Rückmeldung. Die Qualität der Jacke ist gut aber sie hat mir nicht gepasst dann habe ich nach einem Retouren Label gesucht und es war keines vorhanden. Ich habe x email dahin geschickt bis mal eine Rückmeldung kam und ich muss den Versand selber übernehmen und dann dauert es 4 Wochen bis eine Rückerstattung kommt. Ich bin zur Post und dann wären es 85€ Versand gewesen (weil deren Sitz in Australien ist) das habe ich nicht eingesehen und habe es bei eBay hochgeladen. Die verlangen soviel an den Klamotten und können keine Retoure übernehmen und der Kundendienst ist auch nicht wirklich vorhanden. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Die Jacke war von schlechter Qualität. Ein Rückversand wäre nur nach Australien möglich gewesen. Die Versandkosten wären dann natürlich höher als der Warenwert. Ich selber habe das Päckchen aus Hamburg erhalten. Sehr unseriös.

The jacket I received is not the same as the one I ordered. The one I ordered is short but the one I received I super big and long. I want to know how to return it.

Did not receive what was advised the quality is terrible and a cheap knockoff of what they had advertised on their site lines aren’t even straight on the print it’s really ridiculous how this site has received good reviews on the products I’ve been tricked before by sites like this and received the same low quality material such a SCAM!

AVOID SCAM SCAM SCAM say you ordered wrong jacket ...you physically carnt on web ..then tell you to send back to Australia...dont not buy from this low life....rip offs

Horrible quality product. They display a fabric hoodie with silk printing but what you get is the cheapest possible plastic fabric with the print already printed into the fabric. Looks and feels extremely cheap and NOTHING like what was advertised. Save your money and spend it elsewhere, this is absolutely horrible.

Absolutely disgraceful experience with this company.

I placed my order on 04.02 and since then the tracking has shown exactly the same status: “about to be shipped.” It is now weeks later and there is still no proof the item was ever handed to a carrier. Every time I contact customer service, I receive the same copy-paste response claiming it’s “in transit” and blaming logistics — yet they cannot provide a single piece of real evidence such as a valid carrier scan or dispatch confirmation.

This feels extremely misleading. If an order was truly shipped, providing proof should be simple. Instead, they stall, repeat generic messages, and avoid issuing a refund. Looking at other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one experiencing this — many customers report the same pattern.

Customer service is unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemingly trained to delay rather than resolve issues. At this point, I strongly question whether the product was ever shipped at all.

I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared to chase them for weeks with no real answers.

Very disappointing and a complete waste of time.

So I ordered this product on the 29th of January and recieved my order on the 16th of February - I did order this as a Valentines Day present so don't mind that it was 1-2 days later than expected! Husband absolutely loved the Ferrari Black Vintage Jacket. I got a matching Red one so we could Match!

When I contacted support they were quick to address my issue and notified me and asked me to communicate back if I did not recieve my order in the next few days - luckily it arrived.

Evri didnt notify me of tracking - just notified me it was delivered.

I have to be honest - the latest 1 star reviews were making me nervous that I potentially spent money on a scam but I am so happy with the purchase, the jackets are warm and cannot wait to wear them for the F1 season.

Will be ordering more in the future!
