This is a Scam, if you try to cash out anything over $50 they keep denying the redemption and blue like it’s your bank, just to ask you to upload a different bank and take another verification photo, but they keep denying it so they won’t have to pay the money. They have no problem accepting your money but they will not let you redeem. They are definitely scamming and collecting information, definitely reporting them
