The service is seamless, and I must personally mention the role Sonia Kanda played. She showed patience and demonstrated maturity.

There were times we (my wife and I) needed to ask questions; she gave us a listening ear from enquiry to house occupation.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Shennay. She was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process.

She explained everything about the property clearly, including how it would be cleaned before the tenant moved in. Her communication was excellent and she kept me updated every step of the way. She sent an email confirmation for the viewing, called me on the day to remind me about the appointment and followed up with an email afterwards. Shennay also sent me the application form for the property promptly.

Had a great experience with all at James Laurence. Really impressed with their overall tenacity, efficiency, responsiveness, friendliness and teamwork. They found us a tenant within a couple of weeks and the process to get references and agreements finalised took just a week. Our flat was empty for less than two weeks. Really impressed and grateful as a previous experience with another agent was far from good.
