The worst customer service and business, i placed an order and after a week someone send an email stating that they had to move from their supply warehouse all of a sudden so the shipment was delayed and after 4 days I contacted them and i was told once again that it will be shipped in a day or two and if I didn’t wanna wait i should cancel my order . Do not get mislead.
I bought the capo frames for prescription glasses that I need and james oro redirected me to Lansebl website which I believe it's the company who will make the prescription lenses but since the 7th of this month I haven't receive an order number or anything ..they also were suppose to contact me about my RX because I was trying to upload a picture of the RX but their website won't let me. I specify to contact me either james oro or lansebl and they haven't do it yet. By the way, I try to contact lansebl by Facebook and they block me.
Like many others, I was initially captivated by their captivating advertising campaign. The glasses arrived neatly packaged in an appealing box, but upon closer inspection, I noticed that the gold accents at the end of the arms were missing. While this seemed like a minor issue, I decided to reach out to the customer service team for an exchange. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse.
The customer service representative I spoke with was already in a noticeably agitated state, and unfortunately, she directed her frustration towards me. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a solution, she placed the blame on me, insisting that I had ordered the wrong glasses. Despite my attempts to avoid an argument, I simply requested an exchange. To my dismay, she informed me that the return time period had already passed. I expressed my confusion, as I had only received the glasses a few days prior. In response, she abruptly asked if there was anything else she could assist me with and abruptly ended the call.
Needless to say, this is not a company that one should consider purchasing from, unless they enjoy being deceived, verbally attacked, and rudely dismissed. Such behavior ultimately leads to the downfall of businesses. I have no intention of ever ordering from James Oro again.

What is the length and height of each Lense.
Everything should be displayed as done before so clients understand what they are buying
We saw you have reduced Lenses height and reason hidden the specs
