I ordered a shirt that stated was
Linen/cotton. It was 100% polyester!!
The sizing was far too big! I asked to send it back for a refund but was told they would refund me in full. That was2wks ago...they said 5 days and i havent seen it yet.
I would never deal with this company again.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! If I could give below a one star I would. Sent me a purse without straps. Would not adhere to the info listed on the website about refund for a bad purchase. Purchased over a month ago and still no strap nor a refund. Company refusing a refund, had to escalate to Paypal and now waiting dispute.

NEVER AGAIN!
LOWEST QUALITY!
THE QUALITY OF THE FAKE LEATHER LITERALLY COULD NOT BE ANY CHEAPER!
THE IMAGES ON MY PURSE WERE DISTORTED AND STRECHED UNPROFESSIONALLY.
I ORDERED MY BAG & PURSE BACK IN MARCH.
IT TAKEN 3 MONTHS TO ARRIVE.

No item, no refund. Never again.

I ordered 2 shirts, got only one. I emailed them, they basically said "ask the post office."
How about no. How about I'm asking YOU why your company would separately package and mail the two items I bought together and then when one doesn't show up just tell me me too bad so sad????
No refund. Never again.

Will never order from here again placed…

Will never order from here again placed an order and it got denied or something and I never received my packages all they did was tell me that they were refunding my money first time ever trying to order from here and last time

I took a long time to receive this…

I took a long time to receive this item. I tried to cancel it after I read reviews, but the company said they could not cancel it because it was "in production". It is a 34" long shirt with a mermaid on the front. Way too long.
The seams on the back of the shirt were not appropriately matched. The is a mermaid with another mermaid head on top. It looks like a big mistake. I was extremely disappointed and will NEVER order from this company again.

**AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

Do not even consider ordering from this company…. I wish I’d read all of the negative views before I had.
They advise that they will ship in 5 working days but they don’t.. and now a month later the allege to have shipped an item but six days on from that and tracking number can’t be traced (why am I not surprised!)
I have filed a claim with the PayPal resolution centre and happy to take this further if need be. Honestly avoid at all costs and save yourself the hassle.

In response… you are fully aware of the issues and have done absolutely nothing to resolve them!! It’s also not lost on me that this is your standard response on all negative reviews 🤔

Poor quality and overpriced

Has a good variety of designs, but the pajamas material was thin and poor quality. The sleeves are much too short also, and shipping took over a month (I'm in Australia).
Also I'm pretty sure their item reviews on their website are fake, there is no option to leave a review there.

In response to your comment, my dissatisfaction had nothing to do with "3d designs" or whatever, and everything to do with you lying about your products being high quality and charging top dollar. Not to mention how long it took me to receive them..

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service! I ordered 3 things. The first 2 things were delivered a month after, and the last thing (a dress) was never delivered. I was told it was shipped and given a link that had no shipment information. 2 months later they still have not refunded me.
I think this place must be a scam. Stay away!
* Update 5/24- I have been told to be "patient" again by the customer service robot email. It has been 2 months and I have been refused a refund for an item that they clearly never shipped to me. Any reply you see below is to save face and they are not actually doing anything to resolve this problem.*

Scammy Job is a more appropriate name…

Scammy Job is a more appropriate name for this company. The pjs we purchased were advertised as high quality cotton, but we received low quality polyester. They took forever to arrive because they are coming straight from over seas. Even though their website promises a full refund if not satisfied, they didn't want to honor the refund. Don't waste your money.

Too big, not material claimed in description, cheaply made

Too big despite size guidelines, and it's not the material stated in the description. It's a grey patterned blouse, with a white lining, so anytime the waist flips up or I roll up my sleeves, it's very clear how cheaply made this is. In the photo it looks like a black shirt with a pattern, but came in a medium grey, which doesn't really go with anything.

UPDATE Advertised cotton linen shirts are polyester offered 50% of purchase price

I ordered three of their cotton linen blouses finally received two of them and they are 100% polyester there is nothing cotton or linen about them they State they give a full refund if you think they are complete crap and I have already requested my refund I'm extremely upset I waited over a month for these products. I received a response from the company and they offered me 50% of my purchase price when their website States that if you are unhappy with your purchase you get 100% refund I have emailed them four times and still don't have a response after the first email.
Their response was after weeks and weeks of them offering me 50% then 70% they finally agreed to pay 100% refund if I shipped the items back their website clearly states if you unhappy with your items if they are not what you expected you do not have to send anything back and they will give you 100% refund they are demanding that I pay shipping to China to return the items I have the screenshots from their website stating that they are happy to refined 100% if you are unhappy or the items are not what you expected and Below par. If there was a place to add photos I would include the screenshots of their own rules on the website

Quality was bad on my purse and

Quality was bad on my purse and the wallet has already started fallen apart and just received both on Mother's Day. The purse was missing a hook to strap the purse handles and also the sewing was covering up some of the wording. We were giving 50% refund on the purse as I wished it was just corrected but that wasn’t offered, now I have a purse 1/2 functioning and a Wallet falling apart, such a waste of money , I won't be buying again from this company
