Japanese4x4parts Reviews

Very unprofessional and disappointing company!!!

I ordered a transfer case actuator for a Mitsubishi L200. When the part arrived, it was a poor fit inside the box and, once plugged in, it generated even more fault codes than the original faulty actuator I was replacing.

I was then able to borrow a genuine Mitsubishi actuator, which fitted correctly and was completely plug-and-play with no errors whatsoever. This strongly indicated that the issue was with the supplied part rather than my vehicle.

I contacted Japanese 4x4 the following day and explained exactly what I had found. I was told that the actuator needed to be coded and that I should have my TCM checked. I explained that the genuine part worked perfectly without any coding or errors, but unfortunately they were unwilling to listen or acknowledge this.

Since then, they have stopped responding to my calls and emails.

Based on my experience, I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the part and the level of customer service. I would strongly recommend doing your research before purchasing from this company.

Personally, I would avoid and look elsewhere.

was pricing up parts between these and autodoc, autodoc were 80 pounds cheaper, sent an email to them to ask if they could do better on prices, and the reply was,buy from them, what an attitude

Great price and fast delivery. Called up and asked if calipers were in stock. Guy said yes and he was 99% confident I would receive the next day which i did.

This was the only supplier that asked all the right questions to supply the correct complete exhaust system for my 2003 LWB Mitsubishi Shogun MK3. Very helpful and a great experience.

Placed an order on the 8th of October and selected express shipping. Several days had passed and I had heard nothing, so I emailed them asking for an update. After no response for a few days again, I tried phoning them to no avail.

Parts advertised as appropriate for my vehicle were not right and don't fit. I told them this and they are still advertised the same way. I sent the parts back for a refund and now they are just ignoring me. I submitted a review of the parts saying they do not fit the vehicle and they deleted it.
