The choice and price were great however the followup not so good. 10 days now since I ordered and based on the tracker, does not appear to have left the international airport yet

Good product but more could be added for the price I paid for it .
Most of the products I can use I am unsure about the cleaning tablets with my type of hearing aid for the moulds but i will see how it goes there could be a more detailed instruction manual on how to use the cleaning set maybe you could of put some batteries in there as well as Oticon wipes or spray as well as a set of brushes and tools for the price I paid

Great Phonak receiver replacement
The receivers on both L and R needed replacing. I thought of taking my hearing aids to a specialist however found yours on line and they are so easy to fit once you see how. Work well. Only comment is that the price does seem a little steep for what they are.

I brought size medium for my 2M receivers but they are too small to fit on the receivers.

Replacement hearing aid receiver
I intended to purchase the hearing aid receivers from another source but there could have been issues that were not experienced with Japedo. I did think they were being sent from a NZ warehouse but they came directly from Europe. This is why they took a bit longer to arrive. The item is exactly what I expected and I fitted the part to my hearing aid myself. I am technically capable person. All well and my hearing aid is working great. Thanks for your service.

Har købt en Phonax PartnerMix men modtog i går en oplader til høreapparat.
Sendte i går en mail til dem om fejlen med vedhæftet fil af det forkerte og bad dem straks sende det rigtige i dag.
Har ringet 2 gange i dag og man fik ikke engang en undskyldning for deres fejltagelse og de bad om mit navn mobil og mail og jeg vil engang på et tidspunkt høre fra dem.
Er simpelthen en ommer og man bør lære personalet bedre kundepleje / har aldrig oplevet noget lignende
