Expensive Slow No Refund Possible

Ordered some domes at four times local cost as I needed them while in NZ for a two week stay . I didn't notice that there's no mention of shipping times. The nz suffix (I see they have all different countries now) gave me to believe it was local. After 19 days I kept emailing them. They asked me to wait. Eventually I left as scheduled from NZ. After 20 days no sign of it having left Scandinavia where they are based.
They refused a refund saying I had to wait for it to arrive and then return it.... To Norway! . I couldn't.
It arrived on day 28 so a chargeback isn't possible as Mastercard rules state up to 30 days when no delivery time is given.
Very expensive
Very poor
Don't buy unless you're sure

We are very sorry that the delivery took longer than expected and that the parcel did not arrive before you left New Zealand. We understand how frustrating that must have been.

Your order was shipped from Denmark with standard international mail. Unfortunately, once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, international transit and local postal handling times are outside our direct control. We also offer DHL Express for urgent orders.

According to the tracking, the parcel has now been delivered to the shipping address provided. We have reached out to you directly to confirm the address and to explain that if the parcel is returned to us, we will of course refund the purchase price.

We are sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations.

Product never delivered

I placed an order three weeks ago and it has not yet arrived. I reached out to Japebo and they sent me tracking links that showed the product hadn't even been picked up. I have emailed twice since requesting an update and have had no response. Would not recommend purchasing through this company.

I expected delivery within a week as we…

I expected delivery within a week as we were at our beach house. That didn't happen and so when eventually delivered the package was dropped over the gate and left to the weather inspite of my instructions to place it inside the letter box!!!
