I loved the fact that my order was easy to place and reached very quickly. However im disappointed that my pendant was received bent.

I received my necklace one week after ordering it and it looked better than it did in the pictures and I'm very happy with it.

BUYER BEWARE.....ordered a chain on 12/18. Sent two emails AND two voice mails requesting ETA....NO RESPONSE back. Check their reviews, they have done this multiple times. STAY AWAY!

The cubic zirconia hoop earrings were bigger in diameter than they appeared online. I still like them do not love them the cost is very reasonable and they shipped and delivered in a fast and timely manner. I would purchase from the store in the mall but not online.

Quality jewelry at a price I could live with.

My new turquoise pendant is beautiful and actually larger than I expected, a nice surprise. Since it was made after I ordered it, I had to wait a bit longer to receive it, but it's worth it. The package shipped well and the pendant was well-protected. I will purchase more items.

I bought a chain solid gold 14karat and wedding ring 18 kt love it . Staff were friendly , very professional & took pride in their work.

I returned my purchase because it was small then I imagine!!! I would like 4mm instead!!!

Paid for 2 day shipping, still showed up a few days late. Chain broke almost right away. I have tried calling and emailing, and I cannot get ahold of anyone

The necklace was not as expected in the photos and I requested to return it. I have been waiting 2 weeks for some one to respond since requesting it.

Service is horrible- I needed to return the necklace I bought as it didn’t work with pendant I bought it for. Called to see what I needed to do no return call- on website it states ship back with all paperwork- I emailed ? Where to ship as address that shipped from was different than main address- no response. I shipped via FedEx got pic and confirmation of delivery- I have called and left messages numerous times emailed even went on the automated assistant - I got one response looking for tracking number - I sent her tracking number no response- I continue to email and call no response no refund. Beware of this company!!!!!

Love it will probably buy a 18 next week to double it

I have several gold necklaces like I ordered , I don’t like hollow, l only but solid gold necklaces, this one in comparison especially with that price is very very light. Does not feel like a solid gold necklace at all. Very very disappointed. I bought before and always got great service and products. But not this time.
