JayWay Travel Reviews

There is no need to go it alone when planning a trip to Italy! Jay Way covered everything from airport transfers, to hotel recommendations at 3, 4 and 5 star levels, porter service, train ticketing, etc. They will also provide ideas for restaurants and the best excursions for you as well as pre-book so you can skip both the stress of finding the right tour provider and the line at the attractions! Every details is thought of and you will be treated like honored guests by every person that connect you with along the way!

We found JayWay Travel while looking in the internet. We were going to Paris and Amsterdam and we have no qualms of using their service again and again. Karen was our host on this trip (6/23 to 7/8) and he made considerations to one of the member of our group who is disable. Karen helped us in renting wheelchair for her on both countries. He went far and beyond the scope of his work. The tour guides assigned to us were all exceptional to my eyes. So kudos to all who work for JayWay Travel. Highly recommended.

Our trip was perfectly planned and exceeded our expectations. Our local Croatian host Martina was fantastic, always quick to respond to queries. Highly recommend for those looking for a custom planned worry free travel experience.

Having a local contact was so amazing. Martina went above and beyond, from helping to communicate with local restaurants and changing reservations to getting our passports from Split to Rovinj when we accidentally left them in the safe. She was so organized and thoughtful. She even met us in Dubrovnik and brought my son a birthday cake! She made our 2 week dream vacation to Croatia and Venice a reality. JayWay made planning so easy and took all the stress out of it.

If you want to plan a vacation that is personalised to you (your budget, your hobbies, your activity level, etc.), JayWay is the perfect company to book your next trip.

Exceptional service, people and technology. Easy to work with.

Such a great trip. Melita at JayWay listened to my preferences, and then arranged hotels and guides specific to my travel style and interests. Their local guides were terrific and adjusted their plans too after talking to us. Adam, our local fixer, would always reply within minutes if I had a question. I would recommend JayWay Travel without hesitation. Great job.

It was so relaxing to know that we were being taken care of, while still being so personal and ""on our own"" instead of with a big group. The worst part was when we were around groups of other Americans that were so demanding and unaware that they were the strangers there.

Jay Way provided top rated hotels in the heart of each City. Our representative in Poland provided excellent professional service to us the entire trip. Tours were beyond my expectations

My wife and I were planning to visit Croatia from and cruise ship that also visited many countries that we have already been to. Don’t get me wrong, cruising is fun but when it is over, don’t you feel like to need a vacation to relax? We started looking for alternatives for traveling to Croatia and stumbled on JayWay Travel. Boy are we glad we did.
From our first interaction via email there was no pressure, just information sharing. JayWay provided a travel template that pointed out places that they recommended based on our likes and dislikes. They provided all transportation, hotel choices for us to select, tickets to special attractions, and lists of dining options in each town that come highly recommended. Who knew that Croatia had so many Michelin Star restaurants.

Do yourself a favor if you are planning to visit Croatia or anywhere in Europe and let JayWay help you plan a relaxing vacation.

Everything is taken care of from the time you arrive at your first destination until your return home. No need to confirm all your tours and transfers. Just sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation!

This is our 4th JayWay trip and we enjoyed the consistency of how you do things along with the staff who guided us along the way. It’s a great way to travel! Melita created an amazing trip and Andrea and Maria were absolutely fantastic guiding us through the process. The care they all put into their clients and their jobs is wonderful to be a part of.

JayWay helped to organize the trip of a lifetime. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Using Jayway helped with the ease of planning and anxiety of traveling to a different country. The access to a local representative was very reassuring and comforting. We started our trip off in Paris and then flew to Venice then traveled to Rome, Positano and Capri. We were able to just relax and enjoy or trip. Everything went smoothly and we made it back home safe. We had a beautiful trip! Thank you Jayway!

The organization, the tours, always on time, pleasant people. Just made the entire trip a breeze. I had no worries at all about anything, hotels, transfers, tour guides. Absolutely fantastic

JayWay travel is very organized and well planned. The guides are fabulous . JayWay works so well for us because it is semi independent but all the transfers and excursions are planned, It makes everything seamless!
JayWay has fabulous customer service and I highly recommend this travel agency

JayWay planned a truly incredible trip for us. They knew all of the things we needed to see in the dream destinations, planned optimal places for us to stay, and took care of everything for us so we didn’t need to lift a finger.

We planned a 23 day trip to Croatia and Slovenia with JayWay. They worked with us to create a fabulous vacation. JayWay provided us with great ideas for tours, lodging, restaurants and transfers. They were very knowledgeable, resourceful, creative, flexible and customer focused. Our group of four seasoned travelers all highly recommend JayWay.
