Honestly
Honestly, I only have a small comment about the cleanliness of the men's restroom; it was dirty. Also, the sauna wasn't working during its designated hours; I went in twice on different days and it was closed. The exercise equipment is new and varied, and the lighting, ventilation, and everything else are excellent. Thank you.

Never helped me to access the gym
Never helped me to access the gym. I paid for nothing. I wrote twice because I could not access the app with my email to generate the access QR. They replied once that they would help me and needed my email to proceed, I provided it. Never heard from them. As usual in these franchises in the UK, the telephone number is useless. I left a message, no reply. Come the end of my 30 days, they will find that I have cancelled the direct debit and will urgently wish to have a conversation.

Good classes
Overall a clean, well kept gym. Lots of different classes available to take, i especially enjoy Tanya’s yoga and Pilates classes.

This gym provides an excellent service, range of equipment is great, the gym is well kept and clean, much cleaner than other gyms I have been to. It’s a welcoming gym, and the managers are always very helpful!

A few machines and equipments are not…
A few machines and equipments are not in good condition. Preacher curl machine makes creaking sounds. The rear delt/pec fly machine has a damaged front board. The weight calibration in it has to be checked as the machine feels a bit janky in general.
I've only been to the gym for 3 sessions and found these to be a problem. Need to try out the other machines. But overall the gym just visually is unmatched and the quality of dumbbells and benches are awesome.

The machines are keep breaking, which affects the training that people are trying to make. Also, it takes too long for them to fix the machines.

The mens changing room is absolutely…
The mens changing room is absolutely disgusting and some of the equipments seem outdated and hard to use compared to pure gym. I’m really considering canceling my membership because of this.

The best gym in Cardiff city centre
The best gym in Cardiff city centre, miles better than Pure Gym and The Gym Group. Just had a refurb as well, never have to wait for anything now. Plenty of space, plenty of cables, plenty of racks and platforms, plenty pull up bars. Can never complain. Staff are nice as well, especially the general manager Tom and duty manager Rares.

Repair the lifts!
Repair the lifts!
The lifts have been out of order for more than a year.
With the lifts being out of order customers have to climb 66 steps, which is impossible for partially disabled people who would like to use the gym.

Cheaper prices would be great
Cheaper prices would be great, so that we can use other gym establishments.
Really good gym, great machines.
Do miss spin bike sessions but understand giving the amount of space available the cable area works fine.
Staff are all very helpful
