Always clean and staff are incredibly welcoming. Lucas the manager goes above and beyond, is always visible and appears to be a supportive manager to the team.

Great gym with friendly staff, very clean, and a excellent range of equipment! Some gyms can feel feel intimidating when you first start, but Mark Townsend made me feel welcome and gave lots of tips. So much so I hired him as my PT!

I was always nervous about setting foot in a gym but stepping into this one was the best decision ever! It got even better once I met and started working with Mark Townsend, the man is incredible at what he does and I would strongly recommend that everyone uses him to reach your goals!!!!

Jd gyms is fantastic, great atmosphere and well maintained equipment. Staff are friendly but the one that stands out the most is Mark.T, he goes above and beyond for anyone who needs assistance and always has a smile on his face, he is also a brilliant PT, the way he adjusts and thinks about his clients needs is amazing. I have been with a few PT’s and none of them compare to Mark he is the best x

I have been going to JD gym for a while now, I always find it an uplifting experience compared to some gyms I have been to over the years, which are dull and no atmosphere. The staff are great I would particularly like to mention Mark he is welcoming and always in good spirits this makes a huge difference seeing employees enjoying what they do. Great work JD

I’ve been attending JD gyms for a while now and it’s safe to say that near enough every-time I’m in there Mark is always hard at work and helping people around the gym with a smile on his face. As well as this, there is a wide variety of machines in good condition and an amazing atmosphere to be training in.

JD Gym Cheltenham is a brilliant place to train — clean, spacious, and always well-equipped. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it never feels intimidating. I have to give a special mention to Lucas — he’s fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, he always takes the time to help and motivate people. It makes such a difference having staff who care, and Lucas really stands out. Highly recommend this gym!

I’ve been a member at JD Gyms Cheltenham for a while now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best-run gyms I’ve ever been to. The general manager, Lucas, and his team do a fantastic job keeping the place running smoothly—everything from the equipment to the facilities is consistently well-maintained and spotless. There’s always a welcoming atmosphere, with staff who are not only approachable but genuinely go out of their way to make sure members have the best experience possible. It’s clear that Lucas and his team take real pride in what they do, and it makes a huge difference to the overall vibe of the gym.
