Missing Weight Pins

There are some issues with supply of certain parts at the moment and it's out of our hands, but we're working very hard behind the scenes to get back to our exceptional turnaround times. She’s made me feel so at home from the first day she spoke to me.
I’ve always felt a bit lost going to the gym but Rach has taught me so much and I’m so much more confident, even when I go on my own.

Friendly staff
I have been having PT sessions with Rachel Dillon at JD Gyms and she is amazing. As a newby to working out she really puts me at ease and explains things clearly. She is really down to earth and approachable.

“Reserving” of machines is a regular occurrence
It’s very difficult to get on any machines because people feel the need to “reserve” them with towels and water bottles while they go on another machine! I was at the gym yesterday between 6-7.30pm and only managed to get on two machines because the ones unoccupied were littered. Not only is it selfish but it makes the gym look very untidy. I pay just as much as everyone else to go there and so it isn’t fair that I am restricted to what machines I can actually go on. I am considering using a different gym and I’m sure I am not the only one who thinks this.
Other than that the changing rooms are tidy and well maintained. There is a large section of classes on offer and I like how the gym is separated into each different floor. The staff I have spoken to are very helpful and friendly.
A nice gym but it’s a shame about the reserving machines issue that lets it down! Surely this can be looked into especially at peak times?

The gym is good
The gym is good, equipment good, prices great, not too busy, classes really good and easy availability. The changing room and shower area could do with a bit of love but otherwise it's great.

This gym is amazing
This gym is amazing! The PTs are so friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the gym. Particularly Rachel and Aimee's JD burn class, they are great motivators and you can clearly see that they enjoy there job and want to see you improve. Gym has a great atmosphere overall. :)

Great first visit to JD Gym.
Walked into the gym for first time this weekend, was greeted by a PT who gave me half an hour free PT session / effort test.
Extremely competent and dedicated. Felt great after a first visit.

Some equipment didn't seem to function…
Some equipment didn't seem to function properly - clunky or didn't turn on (bike & rowing machine) and some weight machines didn't have clips yo adjust weight so you had to take from another machine.

Decent gym but surprisingly outdated…
Decent gym but surprisingly outdated equipment for a very busy city centre gym.
No screens on the spin machines and most of the rowers don't have working screens.
Excellent spin class but could do with a couple Thurs/ Fri/ Sat too.
