Cindy Leonard is very professional and has my best interest in mind. I pretty much knew what product I wanted and she did what I ask her to do without trying to convince me to buy something that I did not want.

I received some money and had to do something meaningful with it, especially since I am an older person. My chances of earning more money at this point, is not hopeful. I kept seeing ads for J.D. Melberg, with good results being posted. I have in the past, lost a lot of money in the stock market, so stocks were not very high on my list of places to put my money. Kristine explained how your investments work, and that it was probably one of the best investments available, and that I could feel secure with j.D. Melberg Co. handling my investments. Traditionally, the returns have been very good, and I could feel safe with this company. I so appreciate her knowledge, and ability to communicate. She listened to me, and thoroughly explained the best pathway to meet and or exceed my goals. I very much appreciate Kristine.

After reading about annuity's and watching video's, I called JD Mellberg and they had Leonard contact me. We setup an appointment time to meet and after about 30 minutes of listening to all of Leonard's knowledge about different annuity's, I knew I had found the right advisor. He went through the many options and over time, we found the right one for my wife and I. Leonard Rhoades is a very thorough and concerned person. He has helped us put our future retirement in a better place.

Having identified that my wife and I needed an additional guarantied income stream for life, we began to educate ourselves on annuities. When it was time to pursue an annuity, we worked with Tom Stoltman of The Retirement Asset Management Group to review the annuity field and further define our options. Over a period of several months we met with Tom numerous times, while Tom patiently answered all of our questions and provided annuity options. His guidance through the process was thorough, professional, educational and personable. We are very happy with our choice of Tom as our adviser and are also happy with the product we purchased.

Doug Warren is dependable, makes his appointments on time, is very patient, if he doesn't have the answer he will find it and get back to you, takes notes, answers emails expediciously, does not pressure a client to make a decision, redas the contract word for word and explains it. He has a whole lot of experience.

Tom Stoltzman certainly went out of his way to travel to my home and to find an annuity suitable to my needs. He worked to get it set-up before a dead line for the one which suited me best. He was very patient in explaining annuities, types and purposes. I felt no pressure from him and appreciated his knowledge. He answered phone calls promptly and supplied answers and solutions to all problems which arose.

I first saw the JD Mellberg ad on TV and then I watched the Video presentation on line about "Hybrid Annuities". After contacting JD Mellberg I was assigned to Patrick Esce of Naples Florida. Patrick gave a sensible but in-depth presentation supporting the Hybrid Annuity and the advantages. He answered my questions and showed me examples relating to my questions. After about 4 meetings over several months and my own investigation, even to consult my Financial advisor, I decided to move my entire 401k/IRA to a Hybrid Annuity. I feel relieved that I don't have to follow the markets so closely to try and determine what my distribution will be when I need to activate it, its already been, predetermined. I went to Peter Thaldorf on the advice of J.D. Melberg in early 2015. Peter and I spent a few hours talking about my "preservation of capital" attitude and what products were out there that would fit my personal situation. With his help I picked a Security Benefit product that I am very happy with. I feel the money I invested in it is in a good place since I won't need the money for at least ten years. Peter is very patient and understands the importance of picking the right product for people that are getting close to retirement.

Danielle Stern is in my judgment an excellent communicator and very importantly an excellent listener. During our discussions she often seemed to almost anticipate my likely next question and answer in ways that were surprisingly on the mark. While my wife leaves much of this type of activity to me, Danielle also honed in on my intent to be sure of her comfort also; and again anticipate the type of responses that could help me more clearly explain what the approach was instead of leaving a sense that we just need to trust the experts. I am very comfortable working with her and believe I can in fact trust that she will protect Peggy & I in this important part of our financial retirement planning.

Michael provided me with excellent service. Always available by phone to answer any questions I had. He always came prepared with the information I needed. He was always there when I need some information and clarification. Anyone who is looking into annuities I would definitely recommend Michael.

I was looking into a better investment with my retirement account and looked into JD Mellberg. I was contacted by Brack Shaver, who traveled quite a distance to meet with my wife and I on several occasions. The first meeting was only to see what our situation and goals were. No pressure tactics at all. He returned three or four times to discuss our options and explain annuities and how they work, and gave us several options on purchasing them and the benefits of owning them for our situation. He provided ratings and background on several companies offering annuities and let us make the decision on which ones to purchase. A great experience and we are completely satisfied. He also assisted us with info on Social Security benefits which greatly helped our situation. Five Stars.

Retirement planning is critical and not a simple task. I completed extensive research and meetings with several professionals and their companies. My final decision lead me to Pat Ginefra and JDMellberg. Professional, Timely, and Communicative. I laugh, because I put them to task on Annuities. I ended by signing up with them and recommending their services to other friends. Today, as I look at the market I am thankful that I made my decision when I did and I am not watching my investment go down, but up.

Mario Dela Cerna was very thorough and conscientious in our dealings with him. His initial approach was to find out what our goals and concerns were about retirement. He was detailed and organized in presenting the annuities I bought. He followed up with an annual review. The whole process at JD Mellberg is very professional. Never was there a "hard sell" approach, never a rush to sell. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience. I trust him and feel he had our best interests at heart.
