I received the wrong item. Had to send it back. Advised to go out of my way to drop it back to a nearby nz post and I had to pay for packaging. All could have been avoided if whoever was packing the item was paying attention. Disappointing.

Use had forgotten 1 more jacket to the order, I made and purchased order for 2 jackets not 1 to be sent, use have ripped me off and I would’ve thought that use would’ve contacted me about it, as I also made a full payment for 2 just to receive 1. I’m not happy! And I’d would either like to receive the 2nd jacket I also purchased within order or sent back half of the refund.

everything went well, bag came in perfect condition until my package was not delivered and had to pick it up from the post office even tho I paid $10 for shipping

Very good experience. Got the order delivered even before the estimated date. Although i did an online order i Called the store to ask about more information and they were helpful too.

The sizing is confusing, the website dosnt match the shoes. I ORDERD A UK6 which should be EUR 39 and you sent a US 8.5 which states EUR 40 on the shoe!!!
There is no way to confirm corrosponding standards on your site. Very unsure and very confused and actually pissed off that your site changed the sizing on me.
They are a present and may not fit.
ALSO only one message to say shoes have been sent. No tracking or updates.
Could definitely do better.
What am i supposed to do if the shoes don't fit now !!!
I won't know until her birthday on the 24th.
Frustrated and stressed !

I’m really disappointed with my online shopping experience. My package has been sitting at the nearest post office since last Saturday, but I never received a notification or a card informing me that it was ready for pickup. If I hadn’t contacted customer service to ask about my order, I wouldn’t have known that my package was there in the first place.

I understand that these procedures may be in place to ensure the safety of packages, but I’m extremely frustrated by the inconvenience and hassle this has caused me. I specifically wanted my shoes delivered to my doorstep because I don’t have the time to go to the post office to collect them.

The way my package was handled by the person responsible for dispatching and coordinating with the courier was unacceptable. This entire experience has been poorly managed, and the customer service I received lacked empathy and understanding of my situation.

What makes this even more disappointing is that your store is the only one where I could find the shoes in my size. I was genuinely excited to receive my order, but that excitement has turned into frustration and disappointment.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both your delivery process and customer service.

Customers deserve better communication, proper handling of their orders, and a little more empathy when problems arise.
