Quick delivery and I love my shoes!

I’m really disappointed with my online shopping experience. My package has been sitting at the nearest post office since last Saturday, but I never received a notification or a card informing me that it was ready for pickup. If I hadn’t contacted customer service to ask about my order, I wouldn’t have known that my package was there in the first place.

I understand that these procedures may be in place to ensure the safety of packages, but I’m extremely frustrated by the inconvenience and hassle this has caused me. I specifically wanted my shoes delivered to my doorstep because I don’t have the time to go to the post office to collect them.

The way my package was handled by the person responsible for dispatching and coordinating with the courier was unacceptable. This entire experience has been poorly managed, and the customer service I received lacked empathy and understanding of my situation.

What makes this even more disappointing is that your store is the only one where I could find the shoes in my size. I was genuinely excited to receive my order, but that excitement has turned into frustration and disappointment.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both your delivery process and customer service.

Customers deserve better communication, proper handling of their orders, and a little more empathy when problems arise.

Only having in store returns is a less than ideal service for customers who shop online and don’t have a store close by.

I purchased the last available pair of Vans in my size, but JD Sports sent me the wrong size, with conflicting sizing information across my order details. The shoes are now sold out, so I can’t get the pair I actually ordered. I appreciate mistakes happen, but I don’t feel the 20% discount offered was an adequate resolution. Overall, a really disappointing experience.

I do enjoy shopping at JD Sports SylviaPark. The Team there are always very welcoming and helpful. Not to mention being able to order a needed size through the kiosk. Super quick delivery also. Thanks for making every shopping experience a fantastic one :-)

Appreciate the Fast delivery and good quality products

Sent wrong item, have the correct item in stock but for some absurd reason can’t fix their mistake and make it my problem. Then try to bandaid it with a below average 20% off voucher. Better off going to footlocker, these guys suck big time. Customer service is so below par.
