I would have to say the biggest issue with Jenoss is the shipping to be honest I was that frustrated I was going to get in touch with my bank and raise a dispute. If you pay for extra shipping you are supposed to get value for money they need to change their shipping company period! mine took 18 days to arrive, however I have read about people waiting longer. Jenoss have offered a refund for the shipping which I say thanks. The actual wallet itself looks nice, it doesn't in my view feel or smell like Leather... more like PVC

Beware. This actually ships from China. Was promised a 10 day delivery. It's been 2 months and nothing has shown up. They also send fake tracking to string you along. I have lived in this small town 25 years at the same address. Postal people are well established too. They sent fake tracking that wallet was delivered to this town 3 weeks ago, yet the post office and my home have never received it. Had to get a credit card charge back because Jenoss refused to do anything about it. Very dishonest company!

I love this wallet. Most of these minimalist wallets don't have a spot for your license, this one does. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is my cards are not secure in the card holder like they are with other brands I've tried. They can and have fallen out where they should be locked in place. Quality product for the price point.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would, absolutely the worst purchase I’ve decided to make. Ordered my wallet on 12/12/25, received an email on 12/17/25 saying my order has arrived at the shipping center. Then on 12/18/25 I received an email stating that the item I already bought and paid for on their own website was out of stock and would I take a different one instead. I refused that and stated I wanted a refund to which on 12/25/25 that I was unable to receive a refund because they prepared and shipped my order through Amazon. Then on 12/31/25 I received yet another email after my replies to which now they are issuing a refund and sorry for the confusion and the long wait. This has to be the worst company I have ever purchased an item from. So buyer beware because I’m sure their lifetime warranty will be a problem when your wallet breaks.

UPDATE #2. Jenoss managed to resolve the issue as regards the malfunctioning tracking card. Sorry for the late update, as have been travelling O/S. New tracking card waiting for me when I arrvied home. Connected easily. Thanks JENOSS - I love the new wallet AND the tracking card.

Snafus happen in life, but Jenoss worked hard to resolve the issue. Thanks a bunch!
UPDATE 13/11/2025. Jenoss contacted me and have arranged for a new tracking card (compatible to Android) to be sent out. Still awaiting tracking info on the replacement card.

Received Eclipse wallet last week and I am very happy with the wallet itself. Functional and works well.

However, I also ordered a tracking card with the wallet. I have followed all instructions to sync the tracking card to my Android phone - without success. So far, Jenoss have not been able to solve the problem. I have reached out to them, but they keep asking for the same proof of videos and photos showing what I have done - I have sent these proofs on multiple occasions.

3 months. I placed an order nearly 3 months ago for a wallet, key organizer, and location tracking card.

The wallet is fine, it serves its purpose. However, here I sit almost three full months later and I still haven't received the key organizer. It was sent through some third rate shipping partner out of China, allegedly entered the US, then got lost in space. Tracking info stopped updating on September 1, I contact Jenoss on September 24, still haven't heard back beyond a "we're looking into it." Also, the tracking card is kinda useless. Thick enough if you use the main card slot it takes up too much space, and too fragile to keep in one of the other slots without ending up smashed if you, gasp, keep your wallet in your back pocket. Honestly, I wouldn't order anything through them again.

While there may not be a wallet that is perfect for everyone, after trying several other “minimalistic” brands, I finally found this one which seems to work best for me.

It comes beautifully packaged, and appears to be well made of quality leather which has a good look and feel. Most importantly, though, is that while it still is minimalistic in size, there is enough space to accommodate documents such as insurance cards, various licenses , and auto registration papers which I carry on a daily basis. And they’re stored neatly and privately in the little interior pockets which, although are pretty tight, should loosen up over time. And, since I don’t carry cash in my wallet, I can carry additional items in the designated billfold area.

The credit card pop up mechanism functions smoothly, and comfortably holds six credit cards, which appears to be its capacity. And the air tag is held securely in place by the
snap closure.

At just about an inch, plus the air tag, it’s a little thicker than I would have liked, but I attribute that to the quality of the leather, plus, of course, its contents.

Overall, I’m very pleased with this wallet and impressed with the quality and features it offers for its size.

I really thought that I would never carry anything except a full length wallet but this wallet is great. I really like the quality and my cards feel really secure.

Smooth & easy payment process, and pretty quick delivery. My son was very happy with it. Good quality & great design.

Everything was great besides the beeping on my tracking card doesn’t work, however support is helping me to get a free new one so everything besides the card was great.

The purchase was easy. The packaging was good. From the day of order till delivery was not that long...only a few weeks.

I will give a zero star is I can.The worst ever online shopping experience. Order a wallet+key organize bundle on Feb and only received the half of the package(wallet) on Apr. I don’t know why they sent a parcel seperately. Till now I still haven’t received the other half. The Support team always as me to provide the correct address which I already given.

Thank you for making sure that I received my purchase. A stand up company. I would only ask that you find a more reliable distributor. Waiting 3 months is a bit too long to wait for a purchase. Thank you again for making it right. Much appreciated.

Wallet is a Great product! It is definitely what I expected. Very nice and functional.

Just had some problems with the delivery, which took much more than expected.

Within a week of use, a sharp metal edge exposed itself from the trigger and cut me. Company refuses return or refund.

***UPDATE*** Jenoss contacted me and offered to refund my original purchase IF I: 1) proceed with a return and cover the return shipping fee, and 2) "remove all comments and feedback [I] posted in the review system." Essentially they offered me a bribe to take down this review and send them - at my own expense - the physical evidence of their defective product.

I again offered them a chance to provide a clean refund in return for *amending* this review to reflect.

They doubled down on demanding a return of the evidence and a removal of this review. So here we are.

This was after sending me the wrong wallet (they claim to have run out of the one I ordered) and delaying shipping (they claimed a need to switch warehouses). DO NOT recommend doing any business with this unscrupulous and irresponsible vendor.
