Do not order from this company. They will charge your card and never delivery your product or respond to communication.

I ordered a "Juice WRLD basketball jersey" for $40 in December 2019. The $40 was taken out of my account immediately. A day or so later, I received an email from "Vanessa Reilly" telling me "unfortunately, we do not sell this product anymore" and that they would issue a refund. I waited a couple weeks, the refund never came, so I emailed. They said be patient and that they'd reissue the refund. This cycle has continued for five months. Fast forward to May 2020, I still have NO REFUND and of course, no jersey. It's a lost cause. This company is a joke. Just here to scam you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

$25.06 from my debit card same day I purchased crop top online. 3 other items in my same order came about 5-6 days later as they stated (they didnt charge for the other 3 items til days later) and I reveived confirmation emails for all but this 1 top so I knew it was gonna be a problem. U cannot speak to a live person . The 800# doesn't even work, it will disconnect every single time. U have to type in requests or inquiries and it will give you the same response for multiple questions of different subject matters concerning your order. They should let customers know that they are out of an item, like post it clearly in the item and make it unavailable online so it cannot be ordered and I wont be charged. That item said "ready to be shipped" for close to a week before I got an email a week later. Then they have the nerve to tell you to take the charge up with your bank after they collect it from your account with no problem. 1st and last time spending with them. I will use the nike site or hibbett sports.

If I could make this a zero star I would. The absolute worst. Ordered a jersey from them back in January, still haven’t received it. I asked for a refund and no response. Enjoy my money, scammers! Don’t order from this company. Waste of your time and money.

If I could give no stars, I would! This is such a terrible company. I ordered a jersey from them for my son. He eventually changed his mind and so I emailed them to cancel the order. They gave me a hard time about not being able to find my order. Eventually, they were able to find my order and they emailed me saying that my order has been cancelled and I will be refunded. That was February 10. I’m still waiting for my refund. Go to Better Business Bureau and report this company! They are scammers!

DO NOT ORDER FROM JERSEY CHAMPS. STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER FROM DECEMBER 1ST. ORDER NUMBER IS 112982. NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, I've asked multiple times to process a refund, but all I've been told is "not to fret" my order will be arriving soon (that was February 5) What a Joke of a company.

Ordered 2 Kobe memorial jerseys on February 2 and still no jerseys! After numerous emails that take at least 2 days to get answered, still haven't received anything. I disputed the charges and amazingly instantly received a message that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. That was a week ago and still no refund. Reached out for status of refund and received an apologetic email with a discount code for a future purchase. Will wait to see what happens. I recommend that anyone who has purchased from this company, dispute all charges. Would never use them again!!!

Service is horrible. Ordered 5 of the Mamba Jersey’s and paid for expedited shipping. Still nothing. Questioned them and was told expedited orders would be shipped after the 14th. Well past the 14th and now I can’t get any response from them at all.

This is the worst company. Bunch of scammers. Ordered the mamba jerseys and here we are a month later with no products and being told going to be longer. Had no problem taking my $100 right away though. I bet that money is not being donated. Lesson learnew with this crappy company. Anyone know how to get my money back. DO NOT USE JERSEY CHAMPS EVER!!!!!!

It’s a scam, they don’t send. I ordered a Kobe memorial jersey, proceeds were supposed to be donated but it appears they shut that site down and opened another, making it seem like nothing happened

Ordered a sweatshirt for christmas in November. Took money out of my account right away...still no sweatshirt. SCAM

I recently ordered the mamba black jersey my payment was taken immediately. After never receiving confirmation about my purchase I emailed the customer service. I don’t understand how this company dont have a working number. Now I’m getting the run around on my order. This really sucks!!!!!

Should be zero stars. They have the worst customer service on the planet... If you can even call it that. Not only did I never get the jersey I ordered but anytime I emailed or texted or called I only received the same automated messages time and again. I was very patient and waited 2-4 weeks as was requested of me, however I lost confidence that I would actually ever receive the item. I ordered the same jersey for cheaper on Amazon and got it the next day. I had to have my credit card company dispute the charge. Shame on your company. You have a nerve sending out emails asking for donations for Kobe when you're probably keeping the money for yourselves. All the reviews that say something similar I'm sure are absolutely true because I had the exact same experience. From the looks of the people in their Instagram photos it looks like a bunch of hood rats. thieves.

I ordered a dog jersey on 1/12/2020. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I still do not have my order and have been told it will be another 4 weeks. My card was charged immediately and they have refused to refund the expedited shipping. Nowhere on the site did it say the order would take this long. Customer service is no help. I should have done more research before ordering from them.

Obviously all these reviews are fake. I placed an order two weeks ago and yet need to get the tracking number & when i reach out the website is unavailable and the number is a google voice. Do NOT order from here. Total scam!

They messaged me a day or so after I followed them. Told me I had won a free jersey. I wasn’t believing it because i never entered a giveaway and just followed. But of course i’ll take a free jersey. A day goes by and i don’t get an answer, then another day. I ask what’s going on and I send my address along with my size and jersey selection. They eventually sent me a “promo code” I was confused because I thought that they might just send the jersey. I went to put in the promo code but there was no option to do so. They were probably hoping I would enter my card info and pay for the jersey and then they would ghost me. They haven’t said anything to me for over a week. I’ve never bought from this site in my 5 years of collecting throwback and culture jerseys. I wouldn’t buy from here because the selection is way below average and the pricing is awful. Try eBay, DHgate, ali-express, amazon.
