Absolutely the best sub I've ever had!

Just learned about Jersey Mike's a few weeks ago. Absolutely incredible freshness!

I've eaten there 4 times now in 4 different locations. All we're FANTASTIC!!

We have been going to the Knoxville location foe a couple of years and we usually go there when we go to Knoxville.we live 40 miles north,now with the new location in LaFollette you would think that they would be the same , not quite.the sandwiches taste different I think because they change the thickness of the cheese and meat,maybe to get more from the loaf of the product.they are very slow and grumpy as hell.i think Knoxville is the best choice.Arty

At jersey mikes at raven ridge and Durant in Raleigh, NC I ordered a big kahuna steak mikes way with rosemary parm bread. When it came out, it was piping hot with lettuce, wilting on it tomatoes welting in it and definitely not Mike’s way. It also had oil and vinegar and making the bread soggy. They clearly didn’t listen to my order and my girlfriend's sandwich was a club supreme with the same bread and also mikes way. She got sick 3 hrs later!

Went to your store in surprise Arizona 9020, very unorganized several people working not knowing what to do. The gal puts the oil and vinegar on our sandwiches and just throw it on there so much oil everywhere, bread was burnt, not happy at all this location and the service was horrible. Employee Kids are playing drinking the pop playing on their phone very unorganized and unsupervised. Drake was the one that was cutting the meat and whoever else was on his team.

I think the whole thing was a misunderstanding and if the young lady took the time to listen to me for understanding and not just to respond then I wouldn’t be writing this. This was at the Alexandria, Va. store at 3219 Duke Street. I ordered on-line and got there way too early because it said it wouldn’t be done for 30 minutes. She asked me my name and said yes it will be done in a few minutes. I waited patiently because of this and because there was a stream of people coming in. Once the crowd calm down I had been sitting there for 20 minutes and the guy was kind of just cleaning the station off where he was making the sandwiches. The supervisor is who I had told my name to in the beginning and therefore no one else knew who I was. She had walked out and by me during this time to deal with the guy that was bring in a bag of onions. At this point there were two sandwiches sitting unwrapped on the board with the receipts literally on top of them(very unsanitary). Another girl had come up front but she was dealing with some bags. So I went to the only person who knew my name that had to see me sitting there all that time to say if it was going to be much longer I would like to cancel my order. She then says did you ask the girl at pickup and I said no because she had just walked back up there and was doing something and I felt I should ask the only person who knew who I was(which she did because she repeated my name) but went on to say “ you see I’m cooking right now”. In the time I was there I saw her cooking before and someone came in and that wasn’t the response when that gentleman received. This isn’t a carry out where they call your name out once your food is done and I didn’t want to keep walking up after every sandwich I see is made and keep asking about it and I shouldn’t have had to do that. She saw me just sitting there and should have made reference to someone else to help me without me having to say anything to her and then to tell me what you’re doing instead of saying to your subordinate that a sandwich for him should be over there was uncalled for and somewhat embarrassing when my asking how much longer turned into a scene like I was complaining, when I was trying to avoid that because I kind of felt that was my sandwich just sitting on the counter unattended.

Taste nothing like an Italian sub from n.y., and way overpriced for what you get

Don't be fooled by the fancy A lister commercial spokesman, clean store, neat and happy employees and the staff timing each other on their production assembly line. This food will make you sick, I've tried 5 different store location several times in different states. Common denominator is the acute IBS is horrendous within 15 minutes of consuming their food. I know several people who had same experience, this is poison your putting in your bodies. Never again.... To Jersey Mike's corporate reading this: don't bother contacting me I'm not interested in getting my money back or coupons, I will never patronize or consume your product ever again. To become a verified reviewer on Google, they want photo ID to get my review message out here.

Wouldn't serve my dog this food. Also the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The place was dirty, workers would cough then handle food. We were at the Gaylord Michigan location. Stay far, far away from this place!

Well today was a first for me as a long standing Jersey Mike's girl. I went in to the 529/Elyson location to get several sandwiches and while on the line watching the sandwiches being prepared noticed there was hair, not one piece but several pieces of hair in the MAYO as the employee was trying to fish the hair out of the container. I directed the staff to change out the container and restart my sandwiches as that was not only disgusting but unsanitary. The hair was not long in size they were the length of someone with short hair or eyelashes that had fallen in again just NASTY and gross. The staff was not bothered and very nonchalant regarding the situation. SMH and WOW

I used to order subs from Jersey Mike's before they were bought out by a large investment group and the are not the same. The sandwiches have been streamlined with no additions available. There used to be many choices such as onions, pickles, tomatoes, hot peppers etc.. Now each named sub includes specific items. They are smaller and the quality is not as good. Also, they are expanding locations. If your JM's has recently arrived in your area you are fine because you don't know what the original subs were like. A great addition would be the ability to add or subtract the delicious sides.

Went kinda late. Place was empty and I order a 12 foot steak and cheese sub. It was a hard pill to swallow for 22.00. It was just average but in my point of view way too over priced

The staff were very helpful even though they were busy, I ordered a philly chicken and a large Italian sub, I noticed that the lady making my chicken philly was frying it just before putting it into the sandwich unlike other places I've been to that fry it ahead and then just put the sandwich together leaving me with a re-make type sandwich. The sub was put together quickly but neatly without meat pieces sliding out the sides. And the amount of meat was amazing but not overdone. And any dressing or cheese was carefully applied keeping that first bite from giving us a streak of dressing or mayo on our chins. We will definitely be going there fir further sub sandwich sub sandwiches. Joan Lentini, Brunswick Ga.

It is impossible to take advantage of their promotions that they keep emailing me. The codes do NOT work!!! I have tried online and on the app and nothing!! Got a response from Subway after I emailed them 72 hours prior to their response. The gal asked me if I typed "Fanatics" into Fanatics.com which makes no sense!!! Fanatics is a sports team store!!! How could I order a sub through Fanatics website???

Good subs, but you had best go into a location to order, or you will not get what you want. Trying to order online is a horror show being viewed from within a dumpster fire, because you never get what you expect.

Why is it not possible to build your own sub the way you want online? This is why I only go there a couple times a year.

Killeen, tx Subs are delicious but never again going to order online. They get our subs wrong every single time. We had ordered 4 subs and every single one was wrong. We don’t understand why this keeps happening ? Next time we will go in and order,

i would give it zero stars and never come back, i was first in line for 30 mins and totally ignored except to laugh and whisper about me, by 2 black girls and one black guy. so i asked if they were going to help me ignored again, except for a white guy in back came up and cut the meat for my sandwich, then while i waited the black guy took my sandwich to use for a phone order he just took, i told him that was my sandwich in which he just smiled so i left, i guess they dont want bussiness from older white men.

At the Asheville store they didn't have cheese,spinach and tuna was runny with way too much mayo, bread was stale. I like sub sandwiches but no more from this company
