I made an order on the app well before they closed. They took my order, confirmed and then canceled it 20 min after it should have been delivered which was about 1hr 15min after order was placed. Their customer service sucks. Im tired of hearing bs excuses and getting sh*t service. The taste of food is the only thing good about this place. Good taste no longer outweighs everything else they fail at. This sh*t business practices happens at multiple locations so its the company that this stems from. Five yrs from now they’ll be out of business if things stay like this. Ppl dont pay these high prices just for the food. We’re paying for a quality experience. Get it together.

I sent a message awhile back about my bad experience at Jersey Mike's in Modesto. We ordered two sandwiches with gluten free bread and the bread was very dry. The bread was like sawdust. I stated in the message that I did not expect a refund or anything. I believe that bread had to be several days old and I just wanted to make someone was aware of this. I got an automated message back that Jersey Mikes cares about its customers and someone would get back to me, but nobody ever did. I have to question if Jersey Mike's is too busy to respond to the customers comments.

The lunch meat is so thin SHAME ON YOU JERSEY MIKE'S and scarce all you taste is the delicious bun. Don't care to pay 18$ for a sub roll. JERSEY MIKE'S CHARGES WAY TOO MUCH FOR THEIR SUBS.

Went back to a local JM after a two-year absence. Did not believe the how much the quality of their subs degraded. The bread was stale. Must have been out for a couple of days prior to use. The meat was just OK, other filling was a little stale.

I ordered on Uber eats i canceling was going to change my order.
These people charged me anyway.
What the hell kind of business does that .
I was charged 12.95.
Im not rich to afford this.

Holly is so sweet and nice person.

Whenever I order a sub that already includes bacon, the employees always try to charge for bacon - by entering it as a sub that does not include bacon.

I went in to the one in Dallas, PA and ordered what I called "a turkey bacon club" - I explained that it was probably item xxx on the menu that does include the bacon. After I left the store and got home, I now discovered a charge of $2.15 for bacon, When I called to complain, the "manager" said he remembered me (it had only been 15 minutes) and I definitely said menu item yyy, not xxx.

He conveniently ignored my context that saying 'turkey bacon club' or similar words was to emphasize that the order choice includes bacon. This "manager" was saying that I was supposed to indicate "no ham or cheese" or something like that, as though that were relevant. Somehow, that's an excuse to charge me more? My ordering less somehow puts me in a category where I pay more?

I replied that I specifically said words like "the turkey and bacon one" indicating that I was saying this so that the bacon was already included. He argued that he was just using my mention of item yyy, not xxx (I don't think so).

In any case, three points:

1. Did he not hear my point that it was to have the bacon included already in the price?

2. For people who rely partially on tips, how is this attitude of always looking for a way to charge more for bacon helpful to the employees' bottom lines ( tip income )?

3. This has already happened at least twice before in the last year.

I probably still will go back, but a) I will be more careful and b) probably will stop tipping entirely, at least for now.

We went to the Scottsboro, AL store. A guy was working, taking orders, and the cashier also. Two workers were sitting at a table, one looking at the computer and the other just looking at him. The guy just left and I saw him enter the men's room. He must have also went on break. He made my sandwich and my friends was just forgotten. I finally said loud enough, "What did you order and finally one guy started making his sandwich. Our total was over $50. He should have gotten a free sandwich on next visit as he ordered a Giant. Poor management, poor service, no teamwork and will never go back!

The staff used to be very friendly in the past but not so much these days. The sandwiches are smaller. I used to order the giant size #13 but it is now noticeably thinner with less deli meats. The kids making my sandwich were literally throwing the bread around when it fell into the lettuce.

Jersey Mike’s never disappoint. Our Powder Springs location’s team is always ready and consistent with making their sandwiches. Shout out to the newby that just started. My sandwich was delicious! And shout out to the engaging manager and the rest of the team on duty.

First and last time I will ever be in a Jersey Mikes. No taste, no variety and over priced. Back to Subway!

Ok it all depends on who fix your sandwich but things are changing. This young white guy was nasty. This is the location on Shelbyville Road. To hell with you guys. Bye bye children all of you

This was the first time I have ever gone to jersey mikes I ordered two sandwiches and paid my bill 2 minutes later i was told they did not charge me for the second sandwich so i had to pay again for a sandwich I will never come back because both sandwiches were sub par at best Shut down your operation in winchester virginia on south pleasant valley drive thank you

They are thieves. I placed an online order. I was late by about 10 minutes. When I got there, there was no sandwich with my name. I asked the girl behind the counter. She looked at the orders on the counter and shrugged. The lady cutting meat said, "Tell her to sit down I'll look into it later". I said forget it and refund my card. They will not return my calls or emails. Jersey Mike's is an over priced, sub sandwich shop who will steal from their customers. I don't recommend them.

Jersey mikes Carson City. Food is good, customer service is not the best. They all seem unhappy, move extremely slow and forget things about orders, frequently.

WE ORDERED BOWLS OF TUNA WITH EXTRA MEAT AND CHEESE - AN $18 ITEM - AND WE WERE SHOCKED AT HOW LITTLE MEAT AND CHEESE WAS INCLUDED - IT WAS MAINLY SHREDDED LETTUCE, AND FELT LIKE A COMPLETE RIP-OFF. WE WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.

The Jersey Mike's on Eastern ave is Horrible. The customer service from the young lady on day shift every time I come into the store it's only it's problem.From slamming the verbal abuse it terrible. I wouldn't recommended this location to anyone.I will be using my social media to let everyone about patronizing this establishment on

The employees at the Orlando Airport Jersey are the best I've ever met. Elizabeth, Daniel, Yexanely, Marcos, and Diana are the best crew I've ever met. Keep it up!

We ordered 2 subs for the first time and they were both terrible and tasteless. Chicken Philly and chicken Philly Chipotle. No taste at all. Totally disappointed. Even our dogs wouldn't eat it! Won't try them again!
