I had to put one star to write a review…

I had to put one star to write a review but they do not deserve any.
They are polite but say the same things and actually lie.
When I ordered the trousers they contacted me the same day and wanted me to give them a review and I would receive a 50% refund which they never gave me.
I received a package which was nothing like was advertised and when I asked them to let me send it back they refused!
They kept saying “I understand your frustration”
Bla bla but they still wouldn’t send me a return label or refund! They are called Jesse London but are based in Bangladesh! Scam

I bought a pair of sandals

I bought a pair of sandals, when they arrived… eventually after a few weeks they were very poor quality, not leather did not fit and didn’t look like the picture.
I asked for a return and was asked to return them in the original package to an address I was given they sent me no label with tracking no. I paid £22.20 postage with proof of postage and I am having great difficulty getting them to refund my money despite numerous e mails

I am very annoyed ad will certainly not be recommending this Company!,😤😤

Awful company

Awful company. Cheap tack shoes that will cost more to send back to China then the cost of the shoes. False advertising and will report to trading standards.

Do not order I ordered a suit for my husband and it was nothing like the picture we had him put it on and had a good laugh I ve had to go through my bank to get money back and show the picture there displaying to what I received if you. Want to return you have to pay for delivery back to china and I thought it was coming from London

Stay clear of this company they are a scam

I did not check the reviews first and unfortunately have suffered a financial loss.
the shoes took ages to arrive i had to regularly check for updates and it was a nightmare.
then the shoes arrived in a bag squashed together therefore damaged and bent out of shape.
the shoes are completely different to the images and the website.....

cheap tat shoes and i wasnt allowed a refund although they were not the colour i chose and the sandals fastening was broken so i couldnt wear them...

i only have woen one pair out of 4.. and the trainers have also started to fall apart ....... ive worn them maybe a few times...

i asked for there complaints procedure and i was ignored...

they lied on the website about returns = no morals or ethics.

ive reported this company and please stay clear of them.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED.

After three weeks my cheap tacky sunglasses finally arrived. They had a bent arm & were the wrong tint (blue & not green).

I contacted the seller to inform them that they are the wrong tint & as usual they very amicable & asked for a pic of the packaging label & a photo of the glasses so they could address the problem. But I can't be bothered, so I'll stick to my Ray-bans' & order from a reputable retailer. My message to you out there is if you wish to buy anything from China go via TEMU & cut-out the middle man.

Utterly dreadful

Utterly dreadful. Site appears to be london based but ships from China, very slowly!
I ordered a blazer, what turned up was some kind of plastic jacket. It's like someone printed a cotton texture onto a shower curtain then made a blazer from that! Returns process started but I don't hold out much hope. Will probably end up going through my bank.

DO NOT ORDER!!! IS NOT UK BASED. they advertIsed as uk based famIly bussiness. I bought a pair of leather shoes, orthopedic ones. straight after o received an email saying that will be delayed because of big demand nothing said about chinese based wearhouse. took 2 weeks and half to get the parcel. rubish quality. no leather touched those shoes. same or worse quality than shein or temu.

Chinese company, even though uk is suggested on their website. Items arrived after 3/4 weeks which was too late. Cheap and nasty quality. Out of principle I paid to send them back for a refund (to china) address provided for return is unfound by customs so they are sat in customs and have been from the last five months!!! They are saying that’s my responsibility to sort… Absolute disgrace and shouldn’t be allowed to trade

If I could rate this lower or a minus…

If I could rate this lower or a minus 'star' I would. To be honest, when my husband ordered the shorts he should have read the reviews or at least the incredibly poor returns policy and he wouldn't have then wasted nearly £100 and a lot of my time and energy. We are about to go to the PO to return these shorts to China(!!) at our expense and I expect we'll need to walk away as the cost will outway the value of the purchase. The items arrived late and are of dreadful quality plus the 'XL mens sizing' wouldn't fit a skinny prepubescent teenager. As lots of others have said, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Obviously a scam.

I ordered a pair of “leather clogs” which when they eventually arrived were absolutely rubbish. They were supposed to be akin to Birkenstock. They had plastic soles which were very sore on my feet and the top of them were short and a horrible colour of tan. Very poor quality. Absolute rubbish.

You live and learn.
I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased shoes and a dress.
The shoes were advertised as “orthopedic” and looked stylish on website. I was expecting arch supports and good cushioning to qualify as orthopedic shoes- but nothing of the sort. Must be in breach of a trade description or 2!
The dress - looked lovely on line - cheap n nasty in reality and although a small size, there’s enough room for another person in there with me.
Repacked and ready for return but then realised I have to ask permission (really?) to have the privilege of paying for the return package trip to China! Jesse London my ****!
Now waiting for the AI generated insincere apology from them about how upset they are with my disappointing experience. Will keep the items just to remind me never to get stung again.

Absolute scam website

Absolute scam website. Found out too late after placing an order for clothing. Should have checked Trustpilot. So many scam websites coming from China. All goods arrived after several weeks and are made out of the cheapest, nasty materials. A pair of jeans doesn't even have the hole to do up the button. The stitching on everything is atrocious. AVOID AVOID AVOID! OVER £100 WASTED.

Ive already left a review about how dreadful this company is,(which they tried to have removed) but they have now risen to a whole new level of deceit. After advertising leather boots they sent me some nasty plastic junk. When I complained they suggested I insult my family members by passing them off as gifts. Eventually after much toing and froing, they agreed to refund me some money for my disappointment.That has never happened. Dreadful awful company run by con artists. Please do not touch this company they are disgusting criminals. They also like to send the same boring responses like they have below. Pretending they will help you for the public to see, but never do. Quick update. I took these disgusting plastic( they said leather ) boots to the charity shop, and they threw them in the recycling bin. What does that tell you.

These are Rogue Traders company name describes that they are London based THEY ARE NOT THEY SAY THEIR WAREHOUSE IS IN CHINA RETURNS ARE AT YOUR OWN COSTI ordered a jacket £35 came in just shy of 3 weeks. Far too small I am 8-10 too tight. Sought a return they offered me £3.50 as a goodwill gesture and made it clear that to return the item TO CHINA SO THEY ARE NOT IN LONDON THEIR BUSINESS IS RUN FROM CHINA
SO BASICALLY I am left with a non returnable garment unless I pay for its return unless its faulty
This is really sharp practise

Wow Garbage

Wow, worst company I have ever dealt with.Ordered a jacket,after weeks of chasing it finally arrived, not anything like what I ordered and at least 3 sizes too small.Complained and after several more weeks a replacement jacket arrived,again diabolical qualityand 3 sizes to small.
I've given up and am binning both garments as I would be too embarrassed to offer to Charity shop
