Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time and realy value for the price I paid.
I appreciated their professionalism and customer service when my parcel did not arrive as expected due to a delay from the parcel services and I was offered a replacement to be delivered the next day but luckily it arrived the following day but the gesture to go out their way to accommodate my needs was very kind of them.

Jewels by Kaur is phenomenal. The pieces are stunning , well crafted and even more beautiful in person. I felt like a royal princess in her green emerald set. Sumi is very professional and responsive. I’m extremely happy with my purchase ash’s highly recommend.

Came across Jewelsbykaurs accidentally while on a shopping spree. I fell in love with the mother of pearls chokers the moment I saw them. I knew I wasn't leaving this place without buying something.
Sumi and Shilpa were charming and very helpful but I had a tough time!! There were too many gorgeous things and it was a difficult task to decide. I left with 4 sets and more in the end.
I live in Germany and will definitely buy here again whenever I visit London.

My experience at Jewels By Kaur was wonderfull. The owner gives personal attention, listens to your wishes, and most importantly, she can create custom pieces. That way I have unique, valuable, yet practical jewelry that I can wear for the rest of my life.
I am allergic to fake jewelry, but I can wear her pieces without any issues, and they are fun and unique. Whenever I will be nearby again, I will definitely stop by to expand my collection beacuse there is so much now on my wishlist. Trust me, you have to take a look if you are shopping for jewelry
