Excellent product and service from JFJ
Excellent product and service from JFJ. We've used the engineered walnut in various rooms in our house and our latest was the ‘Serenity’ 190mm X 20/4mm. It was used to replace existing softwood floorboards over joists at 350mm centres in a Victorian house bedroom. The new UV lacquer seems to provide a much better finish than the old unlaquered product which required either oiling or sealing which always added another few days to the job... If you are using a table saw or circular saw it needs a finer blade with more teeth so as not to tear the edge of the lacquer next to the cut. The recommended Timco T&G screws were also a breeze to use to fix the boards.

This is an amazing company that offered so much advice as to which floor to select, even suggesting a cheaper option to the one I had first thought in order I get the right product rather then them making money. great delivery, great product, far far better than mass market online purchases. highly recommended.

Great Service and Technical Support
We were looking for wide unfinished engineered oak boards with a short lead time. We also needed some technical advice on bonding them to concrete screed and applying our chosen finish (Bona White and Bona Traffic HD Raw). The boards we received were excellent quality and Tom was available to provide advice on both fitting and finishing. The floor sealant and adhesive were easy to use and the final floor looks amazing and has a very hard wearing finish. Would highly recommend JFJ..

Absolutely fabulous customer service and the products supplied are AMAZING!!
Tom helped me for many months choose the wooden flooring that we would purchase for our living room / dining room. Very professional and patient throughout.
We are quite far away from the business, but delivery of flooring, underlay and adhesive was sorted without issue. The price was also very good.
We have our beautiful flooring down, which many people comment on and compliment.
We are beyond pleased that we chose JFJ Wood flooring for our purchase, and would without doubt 100% recommend them to anybody!!

Quality product, great price, faultless customer care
I was very impressed with the product (classic oak engineering flooring) - excellent quality and price. The team is very helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t now go anywhere else for wood flooring. I laid about 40m2 - it’s been down for about 6 months and looks amazing.

Excellent product
After deciding to replace existing tiles and carpet throughout the downstairs of our cottage with wooden flooring, we contacted Tom, who had been recommended by a friend. We visited the showroom and various options were shown and discussed. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and communication with him throughout was prompt. The range of options was excellent and we are so pleased with the result, having chosen engineered oak. Tom was able to recommend an experienced fitter, which was much appreciated.

So helpful and knowledgable at the showroom. Showed us lots of samples to get the best idea of what we wanted then advised the best product. We are absolutely delighted with the flooring which is fitted throughout the hallway and into the lounge.

Nothing too much trouble
I had two rooms and a staircase which I ideally wanted as old floorboards. However, I was persuaded that engineered oak would work much better. I wasn't convinced at first but the Lundy range is "distressed" and doesn't look new and when treated with just the Treatex sealing varnish comes up a lovely natural colour. Staff were super helpful and full of suggestions, nothing too much trouble. They appreciated it was a big investment that I am going to live with for many years so had to get it right!

Great service and product
We have changed our lounge floor from carpet to oak engineered floor boards. JFJ Wood Flooring were recommended by a friend. Can't fault them! Their customer service was very good and Tom was always extremely helpful on the phone. The end product is fantastic and we are delighted with our new floor.

Great flooring company
This is the second time I have used this company, luckily for me even though they are an internet company the are quite local to me, they are a very helpful team where nothing is too much trouble, even when their supplier made a mistake with one of the flooring boxes Bradley dealt with it quickly to avoid any issues. Highly recommended.

Great Company
After looking around on the Internet we found JFJ Wood Flooring and liked what we saw (good price, good product). After speaking to Tom, who we found extremely helpful, we ordered 25 metres of the Supreme Engineered Oak and it's been brilliant. Tom's advice was spot-on, the floor looks great and all in all this has been a really positive, seamless experience. And fast delivery too! We'd definitely recommend the company to anyone.

fantastic company for supreme engineered oak…
Purchased supreme engineered oak flooring for our large extension and couldn't be happier. It was a considered purchase especially as we are in Cumbria so not on the doorstep. The product is extremely good quality and looks fabulous. Had several conversations with Tom who was extremely helpful and patient and provided great advice. We have a lovely new floor which has been much admired and I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Excellent local company
Excellent local company. Tom was very helpful in his advise on LVT flooring, which greatly helped in making the final choice etc. The fitter recommended by Tom also made an excellent job of the installation. Highly recommended company for the supply of all types of wood flooring.
