Great communication. Was empathetic towards my situation and made me feel heard.

My 1st impressions of JF LAW and their initial interview was positive I spoke to someone there called Zozan.
She was extremely helpful and explained properly everything I needed to know, I felt completely at ease with the whole process.. I would even at this early stage recommend this company!

My claim against an airline (in-flight fall) took some time to resolve, but Stephen and the team at JFLaw made sure we were on top of the process the entire time. Very knowledgeable and diligent when it comes to cases like this, and I couldn't recommend them more.

JFL Law gave me the confidence that they will be able to get a positive outcome for my case. So I had a horrid accident in a large super store in reading.

I first was dealing with Kevin . I informed Kevin of my need for REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS and gave him a brief synopsis of why incl my poor mental health. It can be difficult to inform someone of one's personal details but these ppl all made it very easy. I felt confident and safe to tell them.

From the moment I told Kevin of my vulnerabilities , he cudnt of been any more accommodating and kind. He informed Bev my solicitor, she to was just so kind and lovely to me every step of the way.

They made all and more, reasonable adjustments to make the whole process seamless for me. I was so grateful.

On top of that, they are all so professional. I felt really looked after. Bev really fought my corner 🙏.

I was seen by professional consultant who accessed my injuries really thoroughly and I was treated very well by him 😊.

If I need legal help in the future then I will be using JFLAW.

I like how friendly and helpful they were. I didn't like that I had to initiate MOST OF the contacts. I say MOST as I was contacted but it would be several months. If I was contacted and didn't complete the request they made of me, it wasn't chased up by them so I felt alone and in the dark alot of the time. Tracey was very nice however, when I did speak to her. Thankyou
