Today I called JFLaw to make an enquiry re. a personal injury I suffered at work.

The agent’s patience and explanation was clear re. no fee no win process finishing with a GPR message of my personal details.

My case lasted almost five years following a road traffic accident involving a foreign HGV driver. After the company couldn’t be traced, my claim was transferred from JF Law to the MIB. Throughout the process, Chris Woodburn at JF Law kept me updated and made several attempts to negotiate a higher settlement on my behalf.

Although I wasn’t fully satisfied with the final offer from the MIB and had hoped for a better outcome, I appreciate that Chris did what he could within the limitations of the situation. In the end, I accepted the offer as the process had gone on for a long time, and I felt fortunate to receive a settlement given the circumstances.
