FROM HIS FIRST PIECE , made from broken vintage items found at London’s Portobello Market, Jianhui has been creating versatile sustainable fashion from recycled and upcycled materials for almost two decades. His hand crafted wearable art is loved not only by style icons such as Iris Apfel and celebrities like Lily Tomlin, Dame Prue Leith but also prestigious art museums such as MoMa, Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago and Museum of Art and Design in NYC runs a special exhibition for Jianhui’s sustainable designs on Earth Day every year. Sustainability is not a trend, but a mission to use resources well and help make our planet greener. This belief is central to everything he does, with his recycled leather collection winning a sustainability award at the NY Now show and his ‘Aqua’ collection being made entirely by hand from recycled plastic bottles and newspapers. Jianhui’s designs and the way he recycles materials have been used as examples in Smithsonian’s text book about climate and sustainability for its worldwide youth education. Jianhui has also been invited for a talk at the Climate School of Columbia University during the Climate Week in 2023. And above all, his designs are flamboyant, playful and simply JUST BEAUTIFUL.

Your order was dispatched on the 30th Nov and delivered to your address on the 4th Dec. Please see UPS's delivery proof below. We always sent an automatic delivery notification by email to our customers (if an email address is left at the check out point)), in the delivery notification email, there's tracking number as well.
The only email we got from you was 7:30PM European time today. Then 2 hours later, you left this one-star review in which you said you emailed us a few times and never got a reply. I was travelling today from London to Amsterdam today, that's why I couldn't reply to your email within 2 hours.
From the delivery proof below, it seems UPS left the parcel at MailBox? I don't know if the mail box is for your personal home or a common one for your community. Maybe you can track it down?
Please let us know how you get on with tracking the parcel. I hope it's still there and kept by a kind person for you.

About the chipped paint, may I ask if you had spray perfume on it? The reason I asked you this question is that this is the 1st time we had this kind of feedback about our faux pearl necklaces. We have been working with faux pearls for over 20 years. We do both wholesale and retail. For wholesale, in the US alone we have over 200 accounts and we also sell to Japan which is well-known for their high quality control.
Perfume can discolour jewellery, including silver and gold. That's why in our package, we always enclose a care card on which we listed a few points to keep your jewellery fresh for a long time.
I'd be grateful if you could let us know.
