This company does not take phone calls, that is suspicious!!!
I purchased a mini exercise bike through Amazon. Unfortunately not suitable and JLL arranged for DHL to collect which they did on 12th June. JLL confirmed receipt of returned item on 17th June and that is as far as it has got. I have received no refund because Amazon says this company has not refunded despite JLL telling me they have and that JLL need to update my Amazon account to reflect the item has been returned. Mohammed Shafee, from Amazon Customer Service, went as far as to call JLL essentially liars via a chat I had today by telling me they have made a false promise and I have the screen shot to show. If JLL monitor these posts can you please advise how I can speak to you to get my money back. Please check your records and advise. I have also emailed JLL direct.
UPDATE:
This company does not want to know if there are issues. The email I received did not address my issue and they told me to go through Amazon, the whole point of my email was for them to help me with Amazon by providing the tracking number for the collection they arranged. Between the incompetence of JLL and Amazon, I have lost my money!!!!

I order airwalk from them and haven’t…
I order airwalk from them and haven’t received my product. Tracking is not showing anymore. DHL asked to contact JLL but there phone is unreachable and keeps saying contact us on email. Very disappointing and pathetic customer support. I even tried contacting them through their support form but no response.
Update:
I received the reply on email and the team sorted it out so iam happy that finally I received my airwalker machine. Thanks for sorting it out.

Unfortunately, the R200 model manufactured before 2023 has been discontinued, and replacement parts for this version are no longer available. The parts currently available are for the post-2023 model only.
Based on the information available at the time, the parts supplied were the only compatible parts we have access to. We understand this may be disappointing; however, we are unable to source or supply discontinued components for earlier versions of the machine.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we will take your comments on board as feedback to help us improve our communication and service going forward.

I got the Helius Lite Smart 2 in 1 Treadpad Treadmill its the perfect size for my small room, quite, sturdy/well built, great to walk on/soft on your joints, nice design, like the grey colour doesn't overpower my little room,like you can have handles up or down, magnetic holder for your phone/tablet its a great little treadmill 🙂

Bought the aqua 1 rowing machine two…
Bought the aqua 1 rowing machine two weeks ago . Paddle in the water wheel has broken . Trying to get in touch with customer services is an absolute nightmare. Monday just kept getting answer phone which said they were shut . Tues answer phone saying they were extremely busy and could not take my call . Have emailed twice said at least 72 hours before a response. Very poor . You have replied to my emails but I still have not spoken yo anymore in person .

Great machine for the price – sturdy and quiet!
I recently bought a treadmill from JLL Fitness (the Auto Incline Smart Foldable Treadmill) and I couldn’t be happier with the value. For a home treadmill, it feels incredibly sturdy and well-built. The assembly was straightforward. It took me only about 45 minutes with the clear instructions provided.
Delivery was super fast and I also love how quiet the motor is, which is a huge plus since I live in a flat. The folding mechanism is perfect for saving space when I'm not using it. Highly recommend JLL if you want gym quality equipment without the hefty price tag.

The running board on my JLL 550 treadmill cracked twice in 13 months
The running board on my JLL 550 treadmill, cracked and needed replacing twice within a 13 month period, with both being just outside of guarantee periods. I never had such problems with my Proform and Reebok treadmills.
JLL customer service did not even offer a discount on a replacement part, so I will try and find a supplier of a stronger and fit-for-purpose alternative.

I absolutely love my new massage…
I absolutely love my new massage chair—it puts a smile on my face every time I use it! I was always a little skeptical about massage chairs, but this one completely changed my mind. It feels incredibly realistic, almost like having a professional massage at home. It is so relaxing to sit back, watch TV, and enjoy a massage at the same time. I also love that you can listen to your own music through the USB feature, which makes the experience even better. The installation was very easy and straightforward, and there is also a helpful video on YouTube to guide you through it. It offers a wide range of functions to suit different needs, and overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it and customer service and delivery experience was fantastic too.

Too noisy to use after 8 months.
I bought an exercise bike from them in March 2025. It was fine to begin with, however, after just 8 months it started to be very squeaky - not what you want from an indoor bike.
I had some back and forth with customer service, who were relatively helpful and eventually (after 3 months of back and forth) sent a replacement lower section of the bike. This replacement section was, however, according to them, damaged in transit and is unusable. They offered *no* solution.
So I am left with a very noisy bike, just 12 months after purchase.
Don't waste your money and go elsewhere.

I purchased the Ventus 2 Rower several…
I purchased the Ventus 2 Rower several years ago and unfortunately had an issue with one of the footplates bending through prolonged extensive use. I had the option to order a replacement part but the delivery cost was the same as if I had ordered the full machine.
I reached out to customer service and they came back to me swiftly and said they would take this away for review.
After a few days I recieved a call from the customer service advisor who informed me that they had re-calculated the shipping price for replacement parts and I was able to order the part for significantly less money.
Excellent customer service and I am very happy with the outcome!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Why have a phone number that you never answer??
Just a message machine that puts you on hold and then cuts you off, they have a message that they say they are always busy and to email, but I have tried to call at all times of the day, various days, it is you just don't want to speak to anyone.
Trying to get common sense out of these people is so hard. You email an enquiry, they send you a photo of an item , you email back saying yes that is it, they raise the order, you pay for the order and they deliver something completely different and when you go on to get the correct part sent and a refund you need to hold their hand and explain step by step how they went wrong even though you already explained it in your original complaint and sent photographs.
People clearly don't care about giving a good service anymore.
