Excellent service, ordered and here within 2 days.

I was delighted to be able to buy another pair of these shoes which I originally bought from Clarks a couple of years ago. Clarks shops don't sell them anymore and when my original pair wore out I didn't expect to find another pair. But I have! I ordered them on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday.

I had bought clarke's unloop shoes. It is a good choice for people who have to stay on their feet for long hours. The shoes are very comfortable. John Martin shoes provided a faster delivery at a price cheaper than the actual price.

Searched for these online and discovered John Martin Shoes. Contacted by phone and they managed to track down my size and colour. Said they would call me back and they actually did.
Happy with the price and free delivery and found them very helpful. Would definitely deal with them again.

I bought a pair of Clark's men's shoes which were wider fitting, a bit apprehensive since I had never bought shoes online before.
I needn't have worried - the website was easy, the shoes arrived very quickly (with full instructions on free return if necessary), they fitted perfectly and all at a considerably lower price than elsewhere.

Amazon appeared to sell these shoes in size 9, but when ordered, arrived as size 8; no good.
Contacted John Martin, who were able to source and supply the size 9s originaĺly ordered.

This was my first order with James Martin. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit and the colour was a bit brighter than I thought it looked on the website. I have no fault with the service I received and I returned the shoes and was refunded very quickly. I would use this company again.

I ordered a pair of joules bull dog wellibobs on Monday and they arrived Wednesday. The wellies were slightly cheaper than other companies were selling them and delivery was free. I was kept informed of where my parcel was and when it was going to be delivered. Excellent service, would definitely recommend this product and company.

Fantastic service from this company, prompt delivery, informative about delivery times and beautifully packaged sandals. Lovely sandals, very comfortable but unfortunately I had to return them as the colour didn't match my dress, I would not hesitate buying from John Martin again.

I purchased a pair of Clarks shoes that I was unable to locate from Clarks shoe shops as they were an older style. The service I received from the assistant on the telephone at Jon Martin's was very helpful and efficient. My shoes arrived within a couple of days and I am happy with them. I telephoned Jon Martin's to see if I would be able to obtain another style that I had also enjoyed wearing but unfortunately they did not have any in stock. However I was given names of various other Clarks shoe styles that were recommended might also be worth trying. On the whole I am very happy with the service and assistance that I experienced and will definitely purchase other shoes from them in the future. Thank you for all your help.
