Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. Well, this is the second time we have been in touch & booked a holiday with Joe, first time was Rhodes last June & this one was a Marella cruise from where we have just returned. Everything went really smoothly & Joe kept us informed the whole time. We got a lovely bottle of bubbly too. The process, from start to finish, is both smooth and unstressful. Booking is easy, prices are lower than direct with the tour operators, documents arrive promptly and all is handled professionally and with a sense of individuality ie you are made to feel like you are the most important customer.

Well was struggling to find anything for the bank holiday weekend so jumped on Joes website found a deal spoke with him and in a nutshell with quality service has usual he did look after us and all booked. I will defiantly use Joe again!
I contacted Joe after seeing his posts on a Facebook group. I found a holiday to Tenerife with Jet2 and wanted to see whether he could get a better price. I looked on his website and found my holiday a lot cheaper. Joe helped me with a couple queries I had and was kind enough to respond to my messages ‘out of hours’. He also helped me change a seat reservation during check-in.
I will definitely be using Joe again when I come to book my next holiday.
