Your driver was absolutely fantastic, he called to advise his ETA, upon arrival he was professional but very relaxed and made sure by asking us some questions, he was aware of any potential problems.
I live on the fourth floor and he took great care going into the lift and through doors.
The staff I encountered at the showroom were very nice and friendly, but the final impression is the person who delivers my purchase. Therefore I would highly recommend Joe Graham clones that driver. He was a credit to the company. At the very least ask him to show his delivery process to record Best Practice.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my electrical appliances. Urgent need of a new fridge freezer last week. A quick phone call and next day delivery. Timely, courteous and very professional. Shame that one of the three appliances was incorrectly delivered and nearly installed by the JG installation guy.
But dealt with immediately and the right one delivered within 20 minutes and all working now.

Current Washing machine had a reoccurring issue after a repair was completed. The correct steps and advice were given. We selected a new washing machine at a good price and was delivered / installed next day.
