Excellent service all round
We had excellent service in the store and delivery was swift. The guy who delivered and fitted our new Bosch dishwasher was brilliant and was really good at explaining how to operate the machine. No wonder Joe Graham remains our first choice for this type of equipment for the home.

I chose a fridge freezer from Joe Graham for my tenant, but she decided she didn't want it, as she wanted more of it as a freezer than a fridge. Joe Graham handled the cancelled order and refund in a thoroughly polite and helpful way, without any delay at all. Brilliant, professional service, and I will definitely use again and would recommend.

Almost perfect
Very helpful staff, slightly inaccurate information about the controls on the NEFF oven, which do not push in to store for a flush panel when off, but that not being something which bothers me! Delivery was scheduled for first thing, between 8-9am but was rescheduled without us being notified. Otherwise it would have been a five star rating.

Polite and helpful staff.
The member of staff in the store was very helpful in guiding me to the fridge that met my requirements. The man that did the installation and took my old fridge away was very polite and friendly. When he had finished the job you would never have known there had been anything done.
