Courteous company,helped me choose the product best suited for my suituation.Delivery was as described.Would recommend.

We visited the showroom to purchase a new Build in Fridge Freezer & was taken round by Danny & was shown what was available .
He then explained what the extras would be ref Delivery , Removal & Cartage.Extra Person cost for helping down stairs etc . 2 year Guarantee ( which could be increased )
Explained that the new guide lines that a plinth vent would be required .
We agreed a price & fitting date , which we ultimately changed .
On the day of delivery , we got a phone call saying he was on his way .
Once everything was sorted the extra help arrived to carry down & up the old & new units .
The remaining engineer fitted every thing , explained how to use everything .
Also we did not need accent as there was enough wait movement at plinth level .

Overall a pleasant experience & we are very pleased with our AEG item .

Would recommend using them .

I ordered a washing machine which was delivered and installed the next day.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would . I have bought all of the white goods I have needed from this company , over many years the latest being a Bosch fridge freezer.
The main reason I would always buy from them is the customer service which is always excellent. They will give you any information you need , you never feel like you are taking up too much time. There is no pressure to buy either.
If there is anything wrong at all they are there for you and will put it right without hassle.
they have a wonderful amount of stock and prices are variable according to make.
the staff are always friendly too ,as was the delivery man who brought and fitted my fridge freezer ,Ryan, absolute star.
I will certainly buy any new white goods I need from them, wouldn't go anywhere else .

The order was taken and completed with professionalism and delivered as promised the next day . the driver was very polite and a very tidy worker , removed all wrapping and old machine with no problem .
