Great service great products professional staff good location and easy access

I have been using Joe Graham for over 20 years, their service is always first rate. I recently purchased an integrated washing machine from them, and the engineer fitting it, took the time and trouble to come back and adjust the hinges on the unit door to ensure a good finish. So good to still get this level of care and service!! 5 Star!!

Fantastic service. Installer came out to find previous dishwasher had been installed terribly. Instead of giving up, he worked on it far longer than a usual install to make it right. Will use Joe Graham in the future.

I contacted Joe Grahams at 8.15 on a Thursday morning, as my washing machine had just broken down. I spoke to a very helpful member who helped me order a new one. My new Machine was then delivered, installed and the old one taken away by 10.15am the very same day. The young man that delivered and installed it was extremely helpful and polite. I was delighted by this service. A big thank you to all at Joe Grahams in Luton.

We had a very good experience whilst being served by Joseph he explained the pros and cons of the item we wanted to buy. We were able to get next day delivery also as we were not able to empty our old chest freezer on the same day we were able to arrange pickup on a different day. Also the driver that came to collect the freezer came nice and early which was very convenient for me.

A misunderstanding in ordering on my part led to the wrong machine being brought. I was immediately glad I'd booked the fitter too as he was able to summon up the right one in about half an hour.
Ordering in the shop through to to fitting was all completed within less than 24 hrs.

Replaced a fridge freezer after previous one failed early in its life. Reached a fair deal on the replacement. I will continue to use Joe Graham as they do understand the technicalities of different products and can advise impartially on the merits of various brands.
