Replaced a fridge freezer after previous one failed early in its life. Reached a fair deal on the replacement. I will continue to use Joe Graham as they do understand the technicalities of different products and can advise impartially on the merits of various brands.

The staff in store were very helpful with our purchase, had a good knowledge of the products allowing us to get everything we wanted.Good delivery service as well.Only small thing they send the invoice by email and i missed it in my in box i did spot in the end.Overhaul very Happy.PS The price was very good.

Helpful & caring company
The whole experience of purchasing my new appliance was made easy from choosing, ordering and the delivery. Very helpful in the showroom without being pushy. Delivery was on time and driver was polite and helpful on what was a very hot and tiring day. An all round pleasant experience using this company. Would definitely recommend.

All staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A full explanation of the features was given, and a same day delivery offered which was fantastic. Delivery staff member equally polite and efficient.
