Horrible service. Don’t do business with them
Before they had the new management, I had close to 400 points and they did not honor my points. That was very low.

Very easy to access & great service
Very easy to access and pay upon my return. The shuttle was ready to take me to airport as soon as I was done parking and it picked me up pretty quickly upon my arrival. I will definitely use it again and refer this parking service to everyone I know. Thank you!

Toll gates were difficult and when…
Toll gates were difficult and when checking out the staff had a tuff time in finding the check in. Seems like all very basic stuff that they should be trained in. Also the elevator is extremely dirty. I would use them again hoping that they take some of these suggestions and implement them.

They claim its covered packing but…
They claim its covered packing but every covered parking spot was full. We had to park on the exposed roof for 10 days. They have cars parked behind cars everywhere throughout the garage making it difficult to maneuver through the garage. I will never park here again. As far as I am concerned they should be sued for false advertising.

It is better than any of the parking…
It is better than any of the parking places we have used. We stay at the H hotel and it is literally right there. So convenient, right at the airport entrance and the cost is less than the other places we have used. We are sold!!
