I would give a zero if I could
I would give a zero if I could. Waited for over 45 minutes for a pickup back to the parking lot. They never showed. Use another shuttle service to get back to Joe's. This is not the first time we had trouble using Joe's. Will not use them again.

I made a minor mistake on my arrival time. I have spent now an hour trying to alter the time of arrival by 30 minutes with a total time for using the parking lot is less than 24 hours. I believe this adjustment should not cost me anything I tried to use your automated system that did not work. I was transferred to a person, who said it would cost me more money. Now I am well within the 4 hour window to cancel the reservation, but I can't even do this online

Text below is a copy of a complained I sent to Joe's Parking on December AM - It remained unanswered by 9pm Dec. 16 - please draw your own conclusions.
I had a parking reservation (8108642) for Saturday, December 13. Upon arrival at the gate, I encountered quite severe problems with the scanner. It failed to read the QR-Code multiple times. When I attempted to use the "Help" function it switched from "calling help" straight back to the scanner. At that point I had several cars lined up behind me and was no longer able to back up. I tried the scanner several more times and ultimately, it recognized the QR-code and I was able to drive into the parking structure. This whole situation took several minutes and was rather unpleasant and stressful.
Upon my return in the evening I wanted to give your staff a heads up about this issue. Unfortunately, I found the front desk empty. One Spanish speaking lady was in the lobby, but due to the language barrier, she was unable to help.
I was writing a note for your staff when a female employee who later identified herself as " Maria" appeared. Her handling of this situation is why I am writing this complaint:
All of her responses were along the lines of "it is your phone's fault ", "Our scanner works", "you must've done something wrong with the help function", "There's always someone here to answer when help is requested" (please note that by this statement she would have been required to answer - albeit, she left the desk unattended). She went as far as recommending to leave the car - with the line of cars pile up behind us - and walk to the front desk to resolve the scanner issue. "they have no choice but to wait!" were her exact words.
What I expected was an acknowledgment of the issue and an assurance that she would get the scanner checked out. Had this been her answer, I there would have been no reason for a complaint or bad review. However, I've spent enough time in customer service oriented positions to know that blaming the customer is a practice that will drive clients to competitors. For the past 17 years, I've worked in industrial automation: two things that are critical to camera systems and scanners are consistent lighting and clean optical elements. The lens on your scanner could use a replacement.
Please explain how a person with Maria's "It's the customer's fault" attitude is allowed to run the front desk.

The elevator at this parking garage is broken. No notice of this on the web site. Avoid until fixed. Long walk up since general parking is not available until 3rd level.

Car theft scandal‼️ Stay away‼️
I had a 6AM flight out of LAX. I attempted to return my Midway Rental Car through the back entrance of the garage at 4AM only to find the gate locked, despite following instructions. Joes Airport Parking the shuttle company for Midway rental has a security guard that was in a deep sleep in his vehicle. I couldn’t find anywhere to drop my keys or car off at. I entered Joes parking office and spoke with an older Hispanic male who intentionally gave me wrong instructions as to where to put the vehicle. At the same time I saw two young men, with backpacks at 4AM hanging out on the property aimlessly. Also the security guard was asleep in his car, in which I have on camera. Everyone at Joes parking office except one man was able to inform me as to where the Dropbox was. It seemed they wanted to me to just leave my keys in my car. I had a bad feeling I was not only scared for my car, but I was also afraid myself to the point where I rushed out and left my belongings because it seemed they were all working together with criminals to steal the vehicle or car parts fromthe vehicle. I have footage of all the suspicion and will be posting and going viral especially if I find out they broke into my car once the rental company opens. The people that work there are so shady, rude, and intentionally misdirect you so that they can steal. Likely to blame the customer and later claim insurance fraud. Stay away!!! I will find out in the morning what happened to the car.
This is the worst experience
This is the worst experience. It took the shuttle 50 minutes to come and that was after calling 3 times. They dis not even apologize. The drivers also have a bad attitude. If you value your time go elsewhere. .

NEVER AGAIN! We arrived at LAX, Terminal 7. Shuttles didn‘t even stop, because they were full already. We had to wait 45 minutes and call 3 times until they would finally ask another company for help.

DO NOT UTILIZE JOE'S AIRPORT PARKING. I would not recommend Joe's Airport Parking to anyone. The only task they are helpful with, is collecting our payments. Instead of advertising car wash and other nonsense, you should ensure that our cars are safe when parked in your garage location on Century Blvd [HOW ABOUT INSTALLING SECURITY CAMERAS, INSTEAD OF PAYING SECURITY GUARDS TO PATROL. HAVE THOSE GUARDS EVER CAUGHT A THIEF?] We returned from a fabulous vacation, arriving at LAX - Joe's shuttle service was on time and drop off at Joe's Airport Parking destination was smooth. Took elevator to our vehicle - after loading bags in vehicle, engine started, then the everlasting loud noise was deafening to our ears. The end result, Bad people sawed off vehicle catalytic converter from our Toyota. Reported incident to Joe's Airport Parking office - filed claim report. Joe's establishment accepted ZERO responsibility. In addition, during discussions with Joe's office Manager, no recollection of her expressing empathy, given dire situation and having to travel over 90 miles East of LA to get home.
AFTER WAITING OVER 4 HOURS FOR A TOW TRUCK, RECEIVED A "WHOPPER" OF AN ESTIMATE FOR $3K TO REPLACE CATALYTIC CONVERTER ON OUR VEHICLE.
Shame on Joe's Airport Parking for caring more about profits and less about providing a safe garage location for our vehicles.
Over charging clients
I pre-paid for 10 days, when I returned from my trip and scanned my document the unattended exit gate said I was over by 2 hours and had to pay the additional charges to get out. In reality I still had 9 hours remaining on the 10th day. When I pre-paid I did not pay for 9 days and 13 hours I paid for a full 10 days. Once I got out of the garage I went to the attendant and explained to her the situation. She said she couldn’t help me. I asked to talk to her manager and she gave me a business card. I called Thomas Evans direct phone # and wouldn’t you know it the phone # was disconnected. Be careful, Joe’s is trying to double charge you and most people aren’t paying attention to this scam. I disputed my cc charge. Filed a complaint with BBB and California attorney general. Beware of this scam.

Shuttle is not every 10mins as advertising so get ready to wait. If your flight got delayed and you are late for your departure, get ready to pay for the late fee.
Joe's Airport Parking was great
Joe's Airport Parking was great! Easy access, friendly staff and prompt service! One thing to mention is that when you choose your check-in and out times, be generous so that you don't receive an extra charge. Mine was waived when I explained that I had called in previously to check that specifically. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Joe's!
