Quite hard and stale sweets unfortunately. The sweets are more like a “copy” of the sweet, than what you would expect. The past it date mystery bags got thrown straight in the bin as they really were a disappointing selection that no one would choose, and very chewy and hard. The mystery bags were also stale and very chewy, the jelly’s were just terrible. However I also got a pick and mix, which was less disappointing. I guess because I chose the sweets and therefore liked the selection, however they again were very stale and not like “normal” or “original” sweets, it’s like they were bad copies of the sweets. I’m not saying it was all bad, but I’ve had much better quality sweets from online shops at the similar price elsewhere, and the quality have been much better. I don’t think I’d order again from there unfortunately.

Good value for money and sweets where lovely and plenty of different mixtures

I spent £30 on a couple of 1kg & out of date bags… the quality was terrible.
None of my daughters wanted to eat them because of the chemical taste/ smell & a lot of the sweets were broken up bits of jelly bean type chews & what appeared to be sweets all melted together (looked to have been left in the sun) and were tasteless and bland.

Wouldn’t order again

Update: emailed with pictures of the sweets I had recieved… since the person wanted to give a smart reply to my review on here (clearly cannot read as I never said the pic n mix bags were out of date although certainly tasted/ looked like it) … did not get a response 😆😂 wow what a shocker, not.

Terrible products— the sweets are cheap and poor quality. My purchase was rock hard and nearly broke my teeth, and to top it off, the customer service was awful. I’d strongly recommend avoiding buying from them, and buying from others. The vendor claimed I demanded a refund, which isn’t true—I simply requested one. They also said that if the product had been opened or eaten, a refund couldn’t be provided, which again isn’t true. How else could I report the poor quality without trying them? and they ended up in the trash. I also suspect the product was either out of date or close to its sell-by date, based on its quality and the so-called special price. On top of that, the product description is very misleading. Overall, this vendor's customer service is very poor, as evident from their response and their fabrication of the truth. I have never encountered a vendor so rude and uncooperative, who seems completely uninterested in looking after their customers or doing the right thing.

Order arrived on time. Well packaged. One item out of stock but not an issue.

Ordered 3 items 2kg mystery clearance bags £9.99 mystery past date box £3.99 both of these ok and worth the money .Then we come on to the mystery chocolate box £14.99 what a waste of money 10 items most of them out of split mulipacks which would have cost me about 60p each . Certainly looks nothing like what they say you might receive

Update my son has now tasted the 2kg mystery bag which would have been worth it if they all didn't taste the same of vomitanf the smell is horrendous.This is now in the bin .Will update on out of date date mystery box when it gets tried

Bloody disgusting

Very disappointed with my order that I received today. I was so looking forward to tasting them . The mini tatties and the violet creams were inedible. Violet creams were very perfumed and the mini tatties were too strongly tasting of cinnamon. The rhubarb rock looked like rhubarb rock but tasted nothing like the rock I remembered from school days. Just very sweet and tasteless as was the ginger rock. So much sugar content but no flavours resembling rhubarb or the ginger. Sorry to say but everything went in the bin. I so wanted my choice of sweeties to be good.

Ordered for my daughters birthday and tracking didny move for a few days was worried wouldnt arrive. Emailed and was investigated immediately and resent next day delivery, amazing service

Kinder box ordered looked filled to the brim with delightful kinder chocolate ( in photo) & with express delivery costing £3.99 i shall have my box of joy within 2 days….
Well finally after 9 days I received my item ( better late than never) & how disappointed was I , at a guess the total value of kinder chocolate is probably £6 the box was pitiful… the only explanation would be that the post office also fancied my chocolate & ate half of the contents …

Haven't gotten around to trying the sweets yet, but first impression is a bit iffy. Opened the box to find 2 of my items weren't/couldn't be fulfilled, and therefore were "refunded" as written on the reciept that came in the box. Edit: I previously stated I would change my review if the promised refund went through, which it has. I will be leaving it at 4 stars though, as 2 missing products is a bit poor and from the sweets I've had so far, I haven't really found them that great. Not terrible but not great. Just basic sweets really.

Great selection of goods and brilliant variety in the mystery boxes. Would highly recommend
