Recently bought 2 pairs of JW shoes - love the quality and the innovative designs. I buy Loakes too but find the JW shoes lighter and more flexible. Got a great pair of hybrid brogues with rubber soles - fantastic.

John White shoes - Absolutely gorgeous shoes, the comfort is immeasurable..

Ordered a pair of size 12 chukka boots, unfortunately when they arrived they were quite small fitting, couldn't get my foot in. Not sure if this was due to the specific last used for this pair of boots or if John White's sizing is off by ½-1 size in general. I'm waiting to see how the returns and refund process plays out.

Ordered shoes in sale for my wedding. Got Shipping confirmation the next day. Shoes not delivered and tracking doesn’t work. A week later I get a refund notification with no explanation why they have refunded item. I contacted John white by email for clarification but no response. A few days later I still have no shoes and the money hasn’t been refunded to my account either. Shoes are also no longer on sale either, not that I’m likely to reorder after this shambles

I ordered a pair of boots from John White Shoes. They were mail order and arrived promptly and the boots were in good order. I ordered my normal size in a boot they fit well as they are still new they are a little tight. Great quality product im very pleased with my purchase.
