When my old contract expired, the Arbor system automatically transferred me back to the local utility until Arbor could find a better price. Arbor found the better price a short time later, and again... Toon meer

Having Arbor as an added savings has been amazing…

I have been using Arbor for a few years & have seen a savings in my bills through the years. The interactions I’ve had between the employees from Arbor have been pleasant, rapid response. I do enjoy that they are the middleman in handling everything for me & the savings they continue to find. Only thing I don’t like is third party could drop you at any given point where the savings are lost but good thing Arbor works as quick as they can to seek another third party for savings! Try Arbor!

The advertisement stated that Arbor…

The advertisement stated that Arbor would find better rates for the electricity delivered by Central Maine Power, the signup was easy and over the course of the first year with Arbor, I'll be maintaining a spreadsheet comparing what we paid previously as compared to what the bill drops down to with Arbor supplying the electric.

Arbor means effortless savings!

The last few years that I’ve been with Arbor, I feel like they’ve really helped me save money on my electric bill by finding the best provider possible with the best rates. I highly recommend signing up with them. It’s completely seamless. You don’t even have to do anything to save the money once you’ve signed up with them they do the shopping for you.

Hands free

Arbor made it so easy to register, Then they do the rest.
They chase down the best rate for you and do all the work for you, A few days later they ping you back stating your new rate, Great communication, great company to work with.

Great Customer Service!!

I had been trying to enroll in Arbor online and was having no luck. I had tried several times. The last time I tried I found a link to Arbor support; figured I had nothing to lose by contacting them. Megan replied to my email and within a day and a half my problem was solved. I was very impressed with her willingness to help me and the kindness she showed.

Prepare for Salespeople at Your Door

We hesitantly signed up hoping that we'd see savings as they shopped on our behalf. Instead, our front door got bombarded with salesperson after salesperson trying to sell us their energy product/s.

So obviously, Arbor makes its money selling customer info to commercial vendors. This is abhorrent and against everything they promise to be.

DO NOT SIGN UP! There is no value other than wasting more of your time.

In deregulated energy markets, it’s unfortunately common for independent suppliers to market door-to-door, regardless of Arbor. That activity is completely separate from our service. In fact, Arbor is designed to reduce that hassle by analyzing your specific usage and pricing profile, working with our trusted supply partners to secure better rate plans, and handling switching for you, so you don’t have to engage with those offers at all.

We appreciate you providing your contact details — we were able to locate your account and it looks like you started signup just a couple days ago and never completed the utility link. If you’re open to it, we’re happy to help get everything properly set up and clarify any questions so you can get the intended value without the hassle.

Thanks to Arbor I can put food on my table. My light bill was over $600.00 2 months ago and over $400.00 last month and nothing had changed as far as using electric. Never in 35 yrs of living here has my electric bill been over $200.00. Arbor has been a life saver. I can't say enough amazing things about Arbor.
