Easy make the order on the website

Truly one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had.

Accepted my order and confirmed. 6 week later there has been no action at all. After 2 weeks I emailed customer service and got an automated response. I have emailed every week since and gotten 0 responses. I called their support line and the AI agent which claims to be a real person was unable to help at all. They still have not responded to my requests, cancelled or refunded my order, or implied in any way that the order will be delivered.

This company offered me a great deal on a garden tool. The tool was out of stock everywhere else so I thought I got lucky with the last one. Unfortuantely, they just claimed to have to item but didn't. I contacted them twice during this process but their customer service is pretty useless. They pretty much just read the same info to me as was on the order page. After a month of stringing me along and sending me spam to buy other items, they cancelled the order. If you have a project with a timeline, do not be lured by their bait and switch method. It will only result in massive delays.

Very poor experience with Super Arbor. I placed an order and waited 7 days, but they never shipped it or processed the payment. All I got were repetitive messages saying they were still verifying. In the end, I had to cancel because nothing was moving forward. Unreliable and unprofessional.”

Communication was clear and direct. They explained the time needed to confirm availability of the material, they respected this time. Didn’t get my order yet, but so far, great experience.

They have had my money for over 4 months with no movement. When you try to call them you get a support line that just hangs there and asks you what you need help with then doesnt respond. When you call their sales line an AI picks up which is also not helpful. They then just tell you to email them and I will wait and see. IMHOP Best case its a hassle worst case they are scammers

Shipping charges are not clearly disclosed when making a purchase, if they had been I would have never made a purchase on this site. Their return and cancellation policies are hot garbage, I would caution anyone against making a purchase on this site.

This is my favorite edging! I am 78 years old and these are easy for me to place around my beds for border and they look amazing! This is my fourth time of getting this border works really good and easy to use!

Total scam. They don’t actually carry any of the products on the site. Look at the disclaimer: “we may take up to 14 business days to confirm your order.” Three weeks just to tell me whether they have the product!!

I find this company online.I wanted to purchase something for the first time. It has been one of the most horrendous experiences. First, they rely 100% on bot communication and no accessibility to any human being. Even when I left messages through the bot, nobody contacted me. They have a $50 minimum shipping, even if you're buying a piece of paper.
I finally sent an email after 5 days of not hearing from anyone finally somebody contacted me. The chinese woman with a very heavy accent contacted me , and I explained the issues with her set up of hundred percent bots and no human contact. I told her that I left messages with the bot but I never got a call back. All of a sudden she turned on and says that the item that I wanted is no longer in stock, even though if it is showing it is stock on their website. For a company that is trying to use all AI to conduct business. It should definitely show what is stall cutting or what is not. Frankly, I do not trust this company in one bit. Chances are It is either a gront for money laundering system or a spy for the Chinese government. Everything about my communication with her sounded very, very suspicious.

Super Arbor shouldn't be in business. Horriable customer service, no humans to speak to only AI. Lead times to process orders is a joke. Something as simple as a fan order, they have still not been able to process in over two weeks. For the little bit of savings it's not worth the frustration and lack of customer service. I've canceled my order and will spend the few extra dollars at my local Lowes store for the same product. Avoid doing business with this company as it feels like they're a scam!

Many of the LVT floor boards were broken. Once I sent an email stating such they stopped responding.

The level of communication throughout the purchase, delivery and even follow up was above and beyond! At one point, I even felt guilty for missing their call! I’ve never experienced such constant contact with any company and when making larger purchases, it really made a huge difference and I will definitely shop with Super Arbor again!

The shipment approval process has taken far longer than expected, and I still have no clear timeline for when the Milwaukee workstations I ordered will arrive. At this point, the lack of responsiveness and delay are raising serious concerns about the reliability of this company and the status of my order.”

This company is the worst!!! I can't talk to anyone. Nobody is responding. My order was ghosted??? Just horrible!!!
