Ordered 2 ea ridgid 18v flashlights two weeks ago. Haven't heard from or received my order. Can't get back to them through either email or through telephone number. I have been ripped off for 80 dollars. Please don't be like me. Don't waste your time and money. Just another Chinese ripoff of which the internet is full of.

Took a screenshot to confirm the order went through. No confirmation email was sent and even though I upgraded for expedited shipping the item hasn't arrived 10 days later. Their customer service phone number does not take calls and I'm on day 3 waiting for a response to my email.

Discovered it is a scam site. Don't use it!!!

Not only did they steal my credit card information, a year later and they are opening accounts with my phone number and email address, making orders with other peoples credit card info and physical address. The scam continues. They have also tried to contact me via my phone number to try additional scams. Stay away from these criminals.

SCAM SITE!!!!! I never got the product I ordered or a confirmation email. (I was dumb enough to order twice thinking it was user error!) Phone number goes to an automated system for a pest control company. Don't use!!!!!

The phone number ask for zip code and forwards calls to random pest conpany.
Email doesn’t go thru.
Items they say available not and takes your money. Going contact consumer affairs & better business bureau.
Just fake scammer. Their website needs to be banned!!!!

Ordered last week using expedited 2-day shipping. No confirmation. No response to contact form. No response to email.

Placed an order online last week. No confirmation received. Tried contacting them via their online contact form, but never the form submits. Tried calling their listed phone number, but goes to another company. I feel like the other reviews are accurate. They will try to use my credit card in the future.

100% scam site, takes your card info and sits on it for a while then after a long time (could be a year) will try and sneak charges onto it.

FAAAAAAAAAKE Don't buy anything from here. Your stuff will never arrive and by the time you realize it, it will be too late.
