Bought a phone case that has a year warranty for damage. The company is claiming the warranty is void because I didn't take a picture of the front and back of the phone during the registration process. However, their terms and conditions do not state a front and back photo must be taken, only that it needs to be of the screen protector on and the phone fitted in the case which I provided. They are not providing a refund and are not conducting business in good faith. These terms are misleading and unethical:
Misleading Terms and Conditions: The ACCC states that businesses must not mislead consumers about their rights under consumer guarantees. If the company's terms and conditions did not clearly state that photos of the front and back of the phone were required, and you complied with the stated requirements, the business is engaging in misleading conduct by denying your warranty claim based on unstated conditions (ACCC) (Mozo Savings).
Express Warranties: If a business provides an express warranty, they must comply with the terms outlined in that warranty. Since the warranty terms you were given only required photos of the screen protector and the phone in the case, the business cannot introduce additional requirements after the fact. This would be considered a breach of the express warranty (ACCC).
Awful service and product. No warranty as promised, stupid micro policies you need to read into. Waited a month for a response to claim, didnt get one. Had to re email, and was told not going to happen. Dog poo company, shut down please.

Bought a screenguard with a 'lifetime' warranty.
Nearly impossible to maintain contact with the 3sixT staff. All emails/tickets seem to direct to the same 2 people (going on 3 years). They can and will ignore you at will.
The phone line goes dead after 5 minutes if you try to call.
The contract you enter when purchasing this product isn't explained at whatever retail outlet you purchased your product from. They maintain the right to change the terms and discontinue your product and warranty whenever they feel like it. This feels like something that needs to go through the ACCC.
Goodluck to anyone else unfortunate enough to buy one of their products.
Purchased a screen replacement with 2 year warranty, screen broke 6 months later. Submitted claim for replacement under warranty, had no response - had to chase them up for weeks until they finally approved my claim only to find out I had to pay for the replacement and 3sixT will reimburse me. It has been 3 weeks and still no reimbursement. Have been told refund can take up to 45 days. Screen was replaced at HappyTel Helensvale
I bought the screen replacement insurance being assured it’s a fantastic product. When my screen needed replacing I spent over a week chasing the company to approve my claim. To date it still has not been approved. I call and email and call and call and cannot get a green light to have my screen replaced as the insurance states it will be. Useless terrible company. Don’t deal with them.
Sold a case and screen protector covering phone damage for 2 years. 3 months after purchase i have a broken screen and the company refuse to honour the warranty.
I bought a product over a month ago, still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them a few times but haven’t gotten a single response yet. Utterly dissatisfied.
