I ordered a phone case for my then Pixel 6 only to find out that it didn't fit my phone. I set it aside and ended up ordering another phone but discovered that I missed the return window. In any case, if you are an Android user, Google Pixel, etc I would attempt to buy from the Google site or elsewhere as the product was misleading which led to me ordering the wrong case.

Terrible customer service. Will not work with you at all.

I ordered an item costing $9.xx. The order was confirmed by email and a pending charge was placed on the Visa card. Weeks later and after several written support requests, no responses were made or received! This company appears to simply ignore their customers. I can only imagine that they don't have the item ordered and they want to string out the transaction. The pending charge expired by action of the Visa without any corrective actions by Simple Cell. Very strange!!!

Sent back a ridiculously low offer on my iphone 11 trade in stating "wrong model" when I have proof of the IMEI. I declined the counteroffer and have yet to receive tracking info over a week later. Now I'm worried I won't get back the same phone or that they have damaged the phone. Seems like a scam.

Bought through Reebelo and simple cell provided the phone. I ordered Good and it was barely acceptable with a lot of scratches on the front.
Can not call Rebeelo - they do not answer the phone.
Simple cell called right back and said i needed to get in touch with Rebeelo and i explained the phone situation. He seemed to imply that Rebeelo was a difficult place to deal with.
Anyway, he offered a small discount (40) and i said that would be fine.
Simple cell does need to decide what their conditions are though. No FAIR condition phones are listed on there website, so who knows how this occured.

I traded in my old iPad Pro 12.9 inch 1st gen for a like new 6th gen and it was flawless! I got a great deal, Simple Cell was very accommodating and the process was seamless. The new iPad I got was like-new condition however I don't think whoever had it before me ever even turned it on! 5/5 thanks Simple Cell!

Terrible customer service. Bought a Note 10 from them and the phone will not accept or make calls. Piece of junk from a piece of junk scam company. Stay away!

I buy from their wholesale site frequently. The deals are better than anything else I have been able to find

I ordered a screen protector. I accidentally dropped my phone about 2 feet and the protector popped off. I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst customer care ever!

I ordered 30 pieces of Verizon Folio case for Galaxy Book in New condition on December 6th and delivered on December 8th, 2020. Upon delivery, it was noted that all 30 pieces had significant scratches and scuffs. SimpleCell was contacted the same day and notified of the problem. They asked for pictures which were provided and told me to wipe off the cases. I notified them of the damage again and they refused to accept responsibility or provide a return shipping label. They claim that the damage is not significant enough to warrant a prepaid shipping label. I asked for a manager escalation and was called on the phone by someone who was extremely rude. This person accused me of lying and said that there was nothing wrong with the product and I was making it all up. They refuse to tell me the name of the person I spoke to, but based on other reviews it was probably David Canada Jr. I had to file a claim via my payment provider and got my full money back.
They also charge a PayPal fee surcharge during checkout which is prohibited by PayPal’s user agreement.
TLDR: Customer service is terrible, escalate through your bank if you want your money back.

Found a case for my phone while buying a open box nintendo switch. Came fast and nicely packaged. Recommended!

Worst customer service I have ever received. I will never purchase from this company again. Beware of spending your money here. They don't care about their customers.
