Poor Customer Sevice

At checkout, it states you will be charged $0 and then promptly charges you $24. When calling, you will 100% speak with a rude person from India. 0/10, do not sign up for this!!!

Scam, avoid!

Scam, do not sign up! I visited their site after getting a pop up for cash back after purchasing something online, which stated “5 day free trial, cancel anytime” but still tried to charge me to I didn’t complete the sign up. They have tried to charge me twice anyway, luckily my bank has blocked the transactions.

If I could do a minus star I would

If I could do a minus star I would. They are a bunch of scammy little cu*ts. I've changed card details TWICE because of them. Yet somehow they still steal my money. IM NOT SUBSCRIBED TO THEM. If I don't get my money back soon I will be taking legal action against the cu*ts. F*!king wankers

Couldn't get my cancer medications because of this fraud company!!!!

I didnt even sign up to them. All I did was go to their website and decided was a scam so did not join. They still somehow got my card info and chatged m3. Because of this my cancer medications bounced and so I could not get my treatment. I am currently in the hospital spitting up blood and peeing blood because of this.

My card is a prepaid so that is why there was no longer room. I told them and they didnt care. They put a hold on the card so Koho can not refund it back to me. HUGE SCAM!!!!

Complete scam

Complete scam. They will steal your cc number if you make certain online purchases, and steal money. Dispute the charges immediately!

Do not even do the free trail. Their a scam!

Do not even do the free trail. I cancel the trail the same day. Had to go back and cancel again because they left a holding charge on my account. Even after the confirmation of the cancel they still charged my account. This is a complete scam. They will keep charging you and not give you a refund

Pure scam

Pure scam. I am contacting the rcmp as they have not been honest and my bank is still unable to release my funds because this scam company refuses to remove the “auth” charge and lies saying it was an auth charge. It was a flat out attempt to steal my money. I cancelled immediately after they charged my card and they continue to lie saying they refunded me.

Not technically a scam..

Impressive business model: present something as ‘cashback’ at the exact moment people finish another checkout, then quietly turn it into a Google Pay charge for a membership they didn’t realize they were joining. Truly innovative work in the field of consumer confusion.
My bank flagged the transaction as suspicious before I even fully understood what had happened.

Stay away from it they scammed 26.70 and on top of that they have all my info. Reporting to BBB and going to contact authorities to investigate them.

SCAM

SCAM! Didn't tell you about subscription fee and was charged twice. They have however refunded me, I just hope they have refunded me for both. Email verification didn't work neither. I only signed up for £20 cash back but ending up being charged myself!
