I did a dog food order on click and collect
5 heavy bags of red mills racer
I got to the store lady at the till very helpful went and got a trolley and then the manager pushed the trolley to my car and loaded it all into my boot for me
I didn’t have to do anything
Absolutely went above and beyond to help me

Hello i would like to make a complaint about one of youre staff members from the wrexham branch her name tag said bex, i went in too the store like i do every week and gathered the items i always do for my animals, weve been customered since you opened in wrexham and i or my husband has ever been treated this way, after gathering every thing we needed,we went too the tills, and this women came from behind the till, her whole body language was off, i had my very autistic son with me who sat on the dog beds for a literally second, and she told him " get up" in a stern voice, she then proceeded too scan my items in the trolly, i asked her when the next delivery of the red bag of macintyres food non working dog would be available, according too her they only do working dog food, which is untrue as ive been feeding my dogs this for years, but insisted it would be a delivery wednesday or saturday but maybe not at all, she then continued scanning and we had the lose sausages mixed flavours, she told me she needed all the flavours, so i then had too walk and shout across the shop what flavours we had brought, like a absolute idiot, i then walked back too the till and asked for some of the bugalugs plaque remover for my dogs, which she got with a eye roll, then i asked for the max stength yumove, she then insisted on questioning how old my dog was and what it is for, over all i felt like something on the bottom of her shoe, and ive never been spoken too like this, in all the time ive been a shopper with you guys, id overall say jollyes is one of my favourite shops to go in too, and this certaintly will be making me question going again, especially if she is present, i would like this investigated asap, im not the type of person too make complaints but i feel this needs looking in too, this all took place in the wrexham branch on monday 2nd february 2026 and my till receipt states 1.14pm

My dog didn’t like the food that I bought. I was told when I bought it that as long as half or more was left I would get my money back and they were true to their word and I got my money back.

The ladies in store were great and put right the damage to the box of food I bought as had been put on the shelf carelessly hence taking 1star off. Please try to take more care when putting products on shelves-all boxes were damaged

The staff in store are really helpful friendly and well informed. When I was there without my phone they were able to help there as well

Often, there are very few specific products in stock. I think the store should be more focused on stocking up, especially on products that sell well. I don't remember the exact dates, but this situation happened several times. Besides that, I like this store; the staff is always friendly and helpful.
